Ok I'm playing jade empire again and everyone I fight says there is something weird about how I fight like I have a flaw but I still don't see or understand what the actual flaw is and why its fatal. Does anyone know what it is?.

The flaw is your hesitation

It just looks like a flaw to draw your opponent in. There is no need to question the wisdom of Master Li's teachings.

 

The character apparently has a built in fatal flaw that can kill you and ironically Gao the lesser is the only person to ever correctly find that flaw and almost kills you.

You said you played JE again. How can you not know what they're talking about? Did you finish the game beforehand?

 

 

I know the answer, but I won't tell because really, it's a spoiler, though I am still left wondering how you could have played the game already at least once and not get the connection and thus on the off chance that you didn't finish the game beforehand don't want to spoil it for you.

If the exact kind of flaw is what you want to know, then it's metastory screwing you up, because obviously the one to abuse that flaw made sure you didn't know about it, so basically the game is actively not telling you anything about it. All you have is speculation.

The best chance you have is focusing on the boss battle where said flaw is abused (am keeping my response spoiler friendly because this isn't the JE forum) and try to your clues there. Maybe capture the portion of the game to review it so you don't have to play AND search for it at the same time.

Your character is in the closet and Master Li exploits that in the final battle by showing your character nude pictures of men very quickly in-between his attacks to distract your character. If your character is female then it's nude pictures of women instead. His attack pattern occurs in literally a second:
 
0.020 ms - Take out and show nude picture.
0.055 ms - Nude picture goes away.
00.01 s - Physical attack.

 

So in a couple of milliseconds, he can show you a nude picture and put it away and then hit you at 1 second in. They don't call him "Master" for no reason.
