It amazes me how many here chose Bhelen. Seems quite metagamey to me. He came across as a douche pretty much the second you met him. I mean it makes sense for very douchey or pargmatic Wardens, but some seem to have good guy wardens and still choose him 
Either way, whoever is crowned king is a terrible option. Harrowmont is too stuck on his traditions and Bhelen is a douche and a dictator. Harrowmont will be killed eventually and Bhelen's dissolvement of the assembly and his ruling alone thing will give Orzammar trouble for a sucessor in the future.
But anyway here are my decisions for my first playthrough. It's still subject to change though.
Dragon Age Origins
Human noble, warrior warden, Morrigan romance.
Broken Circle
Sided with the mages.
Arl of Redcliffe
Saved Redcliffe.
Helped Bella and Kaitlyn gave them enough gold to travel to Denerim.
Saved Connor with the circle.
Morrigan rescued Connor in the Fade and advised Eamon that Jowan is the Circle's responsability.
Nature of the Beast
Cammen & Gheyna are together.
Helped the Grand Oak, killed The Hermit.
Cured the Werewolves, and conscript Dalish's tribes for war.
Urn of Sacred Ashes
Kolgrim killed.
Did not defile the Urn of Sacred Ashes, and allow Genitive to spread the word about the ashes.
High dragon slain.
A Paragon of her kind
Dagna sent to circle.
Convinced Zerlinda to move to the surface.
Restored Orta’s heritage.
Lied to Filda about Ruck's death, at Ruck's request.
Established Chantry in Orzammar.
Anvil destroyed
Harrowmont was made king.
The Landsmeet
Surrended to Ser Cauthrien and then broke out of prison together with Alistair.
Loghain was executed by Arthur, my warden.
Hardened Alistair marries Anora.
Battle of Denerim
Dark ritual performed with Morrigan.
Warden slays Arch Demon, and survives
My boon resulted in Amaranthine being gifted to the grey wardens (would have happened either way)
Future plans were to search for Morrigan.
Companions
All companions recruited and survived.
Morjolaine is killed and Leliana hardened.
Alistair meets Goldanna and is hardened.
Flemeth is confronted and ‘defeated’.
Oghren dates with Felsi.
Sten’s sword is recovered.
Shale's quest is completed.
Taliesen was defeated and Zevran stayed until the defeat of the Archdemon.
DLC
Returned to Ostagar and burnt Cailan's body.
Recovered Soldier's Peak, killed Sophia Dryden and allow Avernus to continue his research ethically.
The Golems of Amgarrak completed, all research notes acquired.
Went through the Eluvian with Morrigan.
Awakening
Amaranthine saved, Keep fully upgraded.
All companions become Wardens.
Justice 'is killed' during the final battle, Velanna is MIA, all others survive.
Architect killed.
Dragon Age II
Male Rogue Hawke.
Bethany became a Circle mage.
Aveline marries Donnic.
Bartrand was killed.
Isabela romanced.
Elves spared during Merrills personal quest.
Isabella returned with the relic.
Arishok killed in duel with Hawke.
Castilion was killed.
Did not give lyrium shard to Varric.
Fenris convinced to not kill sister.
Feynriel sent to Dalish, then Tevinter.
Agreed to help Anders and spared him.
Sided with the mages.
Frienship with everyone. Even Fenris even though I always stood up for mages.
