I just played through Leliana's Song and remembered he was still around. Does anyone think he'll show up in Inquisition, and if so, how?

Is it really remembering if you played it and saw him?

He became a member of the chantry. He now spends his days growing root vegetables and turning small, sour apples into hard cider in a small cloister outside of West Hill.

Even if the Dragon Age Keep records 1,000 plot states, I imagine the outcome for Silas Corthwaite will not be one of them...

Technically there is only one outcome possible for him. He always aids Lelianna and survives. So they could use him again at some point if they wanted to. I don't see why they would bother though, since he wasn't terribly interresting.

I wasn't taken by any of the DAO DLC characters, Tug, Sketch, Ariane and Finn.

Remember them?
Exactly.

Well at least they were still better than companions in golems of amgarrak you didn't even point them.

Sketch got a cameo(sort of) in da2. And yes everyone remembers Finn and Ariane because they are awesome.

I remembered Tug, Ariane, and Finn well enough. Sketch was actually the most forgettable to me, but I really liked the other three.

The only companions I would truly call "forgettable" were the Tower Guard, Circle Mage and Runic Golem.

I did kinda like the dwarves of Amgarrak, but not very much. There wasn't enough of them. Anyway, since we're not going back to Orzammar, we probably won't see them

yet we forget the best one of all, sir bonny lemm (da:o leliana's song) who showed up in da2 as a merchant with really good rogue equipment

Anyway, on topic, I wouldn't be surprised if Silas, or just about any DLC companion with a name and character who isn't certainly dead, shows up as an agent. If we're getting Dagna, we could well get anybody.

yeah, but dagna had a bigger cult following.....  if anyone can appear, we might as well gear up for people like rogek, godwin, bella, lloyd, ser perth, old barlin, raelnor or taoran (depending who you left alive), knight commanders harrith and tavish, D or K, Cammen, Gheyna, Athras, deygan, boermor, filda, zerlinda and her son, lady broden, rexel, oswyn, irminric, mistress selby, renvil harrowmont.....

see what im getting at here

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of those characters showed up again.

I'm imagining, as far as agents go, they'll be composed largely of previous characters with some degree of skill in whatever area of the inquisition we're focusing on(military, espionage, or diplomacy), combined with a few basic character ideas the writers have been tossing around for years but haven't had the chance to use.

Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the agents are based off of concepts for companions that didn't make the cut.

at that point though, it becomes like the war asset system from me3, and the developers said that they arent going to do it that way

Still though, factoring in the DLC companions you're only really talking about six individuals, with Tug being dead and the runic golem being a golem.

Oy! Ariane and Finn were very memorable so much so I would love to have them come back.

No, and I'm seriously wondering why anyone would think so.
