So I don't have a good ear for these but I'm trying to work out their real world parallels. So far I think this (using characters as references);

Orlais = French (Leliana)

Antiva = Spanish (Zevran)

Rivain = British (Isabela)

Nevarra = French (Cassandra although her accent might be Orlesian given the amount of time spent there); EDIT: most people dont think she sounds French but I have no idea what this accent is then)

Tevinter = Whatever Dorian's is tbh I cant place that accent. It might be British

Fereldan = Primarily British (Hawke), maybe some American (reference?)

Free Marches = American and British (Inquisitor)

Par Vollen = no idea.. American? (Arishok and Sten)

Anderfels = unknown

Seheron = no idea

EDIT: Forgot the Dalish.. Welsh (Merill.. although not all the Dales seem to have the welsh accent so I guess its per clan)

Here is a map for your reference

I think it is fairly inconsistent to be honest. Wasn't the Dalish supposed to be Welsh as of DA2? Seems they have a rough system that they don't stick to very well.

Sten. And possibly Fenris? But neither one of them are native Seheron humans. Although It'd been part of the Imperium for so long that I think they would likely have the same accent as Tevinter.

I don't think many of them have or need to have real world parallels. For instance there isn't an accent IRL which I can think of which seems similar to the Qunari's

Navarrans have a made up accent.

Tevinters have a posh villain accent.

Most all the other countries seem to have English accents, like Rivain, the Free Marches, I think the Anderfells.

What is a "British" accent? There are many, many accents in the British Isles.

Uncertain, but some Antivan's may have also had a Russian accent (eg; the Crow contact that gives quests and does not like Zevran)?

Hum don't Zevran Ignacio and his cousin have an Italian accent rather than a Russian or Spanish one ?

I don't think this exactly works, they've changed it so much.  Didn't they say in Inquisition not all Dalish would have welsh accents even?

Define "British". Hawke, Merrill, Sera and Alistair all have British accents. Just saying.

Same could be said for any of the accents, I guess.

Pretty much the posh British accent... The kind of stuff you get out of Oxford and Eton lol

Cassandras accent is Northern English (like her Voice Actress) trying to put on some sort of weird Franco-German accent.

The only Anders we've met so far was Mistress Woolsey and she had an english accent. But I don't put much stock in characters accents representing what their nations accent is meant to be, since Bioware often drops the concept and picks it up again at random. For example we have met a few Orlesians with an English accent before (Eg: this guy http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Keenan)

Leliana was Fereldan born though and then moved to Orlais

She is of mixed ancestry. Her father was Orlesian.

Didn't Cassandra's voice actor pretty much make up the Nevarran accent in the booth? I remember reading something like that.

Cassandra's accent reminds me of Connor MacLeod's from Highlander.

I have no idea what accent Tevinter is going for but I know a lot of Thedas sounds British(general accent, I'm not from there) and I place Antiva as more Italian because Ignacio and the guys from DA2 had Italian accents. And the Anderfells people were supposed to have German accents according to the wiki but I don't know where they got that from and Cassandra's va made up the Nevarran accent which is cool but how can the other voice actors match that?

No, it's Spanish.

No, they were Italian.
