Nope. I have white British and white Australian ancestry - with a hint of white Swiss ancestors (they had "red" hair). ...Unless that counts. o.o

 

However, my ex-girlfriend is mixed race. Inuit (Eskimo) on her mother's side, Danish on her father's side.

It makes me facepalm to know that in 2014 we still haven't figured out that skin colour or eye shape does not exclude anyone from the HUMAN race >.< I'm basically the whole Europe mixed together from my mothers side, jewish included. White skin all around, so only thing I've experienced is being taken for an easy mark when outside the "western" world. I've learned long ago to look at body language rather than superficial things to give a rough estimate on where people are from. That's something that actually comes with the cultural upbringing.

yah makes me worry about the time when we make first contact.... yah the crazies will REALLY show their stuff then, I can already see the religious/racist zealots burning ET effigies already XD

It does suck people still encounter racism, but the human race still has a long way to go. I live in Vancouver and it's a huge melting pot of people from everywhere. Usually things are cool, but like everywhere there are ignorant asshats who insist on living in the stone age. You just be the bigger person although sometimes throwing down to help a friend is acquired. Have to stick up for the bullied.

Humanity has had 200,000 years already apparently and things have only got worst as far as society is concerned. Einstein was right with this comment:

We, unfortunately, live in that day and a few gifted intellectuals does not make up for the ills of today's society where crime is on the rise and people are still douche-bags even with thousands of years of people like Jesus, Buddha and Gandhi telling people to be nice.

I'm Mexican and Salvadorean. Father is Mexican and Mother is Salvadoran/Palestinian from her mother side.

 

 

I never went to Mexico to visit my father's family so I don't really know them well.

My main group of friends were all Mexican and having one friend/acquaintances that disliked Salvadorans didn't make it easier for me to fit in. She would refer them as "Cerote" which means crap   

 

I didn't fit in with my mother's family since I was too "American" and like ******/devil music(white/metal music)

 

Besides loving the cuisine from both sides, nope.

I wouldn't be surprised if I did a test for this and Genghis Khan was one of my ancestors! But I'm sure I have ancient Greek genes!
