Possibly an issue with the smaller mipmaps? I usually position the UV faces a little away from the edges of texture boundaries to avoid those. But there's probably some way it can be fixed in GIMP.

Mipmap issues on tight boundaries as you say was my thinking, and I was planning on moving the model's UVs in a bit to prevent that from happening. It's possible depending on how they were done to do it through texture only, but to be safe I'd want to check the model itself.

Still working away at the ar0300 series of areas. For every Harpers hideout there's a half dozen more mundane areas, this one is ar0314 The Seas Bounty Tavern upper floor.
There's almost no stock content here, the window sill, rug and wall texture is about it. The floors is in the SI reskin pack, the walls are stock estate 01. the bed, table, window and all chairs are from city pack 3, the candles and brazier by Calister, the posts from crystal signs and red curtains by 4760. The open curtains at the windows are modified stock models from RJS. The table is retextured by me to be a gaming table and the gaming pieces are modified from a model that Tchos did me for the Sahuagin temple.
I'm going to add some wall lights and I can close this area and move on to 0315.

I offer my service in modifying the floor texture to discrete planks, so that they're not infinitely long, continuous planks.

Guys, I know this makes no sense but I've tried it all so this is the last place where I can ask. Do you guys know how to change party limit in BDR: Reloaded?? I know I'm supposed to go to the Toolset, Plugins and then CampaignEditorPlugin but I can't find anything inside it. Do I need something special to open this .dll properly? Sorry for asking this here but I really tried it everywhere.

You may need to open one of the modules of the campaign to see the entries in the campaign editor. I can't recall offhand.

Inside Campaigns > BGR there are two files, called partysize.NCS and partysize.NSS. I tried openening them with Notepad++ but its just a bunch of symbols. Then I googled for the .NCS and .NSS thing and people told me I can't edit those files
But anyways, thanks for your help ![]()

You can edit them in the tool set I believe. Move your question to the scripting forum and you'll get different people looking at it. Help may be forthcoming.

NSS are uncompiled scripts which are plain text files that you can in fact read in any text editor, but if you edit them without compiling them to NCS, there won't be any effect, so you might as well open them in the toolset.

Thanks for the answers guys! For some reason, I don't have toolset.exe although I bought the game and my nwnloader.exe won't start, so that's why I have this problem. Will try to download it from the internet just for the toolset.exe
Thanks to all again and one question, now about BGR2. You see, BGR was downloaded like 200.000 times I remember, and it was free. Why don't you make it like 1$ at least? I mean, if 100.000 people downloaded it, it's 100.000$ and I've been reading this forum and you put a lot of work into this. Why make it absolutely free?

Honestly, we just love BG and BGII, and enjoy remaking them in 3D. We also love seeing people play and enjoy our mod too ![]()

Deep sewers by RWS, planks and barrels from city 3, Sewer mound from Tupouns sewer set. Lighting set by me.
This is the sewers beneath the Copper Coronet ar0404 and it is as much a soundscape as anything. I have had much fun with this area it's almost a shame to move on. Next up ... a pirate ship in the slums.

Jon Irenicus - exquisite. That's amazing. Exceptional work all of you! That villain was a truly magnificent bastard. What I enjoyed about him was that unlike so many games these days, he fully kicked the Bhaalspawn's ass every single time they ran across him - until the conclusion. Irenicus played nearly flawless Xanatos Speed chess, adapting his nefarious plot on the fly and turning EVERYTHING to his advantage. Stick em in Spellhold? "Fine, I'll take the joint over." Player Character on the loose? "No worries, I'll clone him, steal his power anyway and have my mole pounce to delay him." "Oh, you thwarted my plan to steal a place in Elven Pantheon did you? So be it, I'll become the new god of Murder with the Bhaalspawn's power."
He rolled with every setback and turned it into a win for his side. That is how you write a bad guy.

The work that you are doing, guys, is amazing. Baldur's Gate II recreated in NWN2 would be a dream come true.
There isa a MOD for Dragon Age which have recreated the prologue (Irenicus' dungeon) of BG2. Maybe you could be able to covert some of their models into NWN2 format; With the permision from the autors and proper credits, of course.....

Your tile is very good and have nothing to envy the one in that DA MOD. I only had posted that picture as an example of that DA MOD content. I'm sure that there are other useful content in the MOD apart from that; I think that the DA MOD also includes a full Irenicus madel...

Yes, I'm not sure how viable a back port of mods from DA:O would be. I did find a conversion utility by tazpn that might be useful. But to me the main issue is that there just aren't that many mods for DA:O. I had better luck finding interesting Morrowind mods, for example, and those may be beneficial for NWN as well as they tend to be low poly (but not always).

Yeah they did crazy sh*t with the hair in BG 2. I remember looking at it back when the game launched and thinking the portrait artist had pulled off the "Rob Liefeld" of hair. Instead of gratuitous pouches, he fixated on gratuitous ponytails...
...ponytails attached to ponytails....
...and braids...
...with cornrows...
...dyed pink...
Peppered with lots of freshly opened facial wounds...
