Um... really, I'm not sure. I usually kind of go along with the game and sometimes don't even romance a character (I didn't find kaiden or Liara very interesting to romance, my Shepard was flattered, but they weren't her cup of tea.)

BUT, based on attractiveness and what we've seen so far, the ME characters my shep is crushing on in order are...

1. Garrus
2. Thane (he's a very, very close second though.)
3. Jacob (purely because there isn't a whole lot of information yet.)

For my Manshep, it's...

1. Miranda
2.Tali (Another very close second. I spoiled myself by watching the romance sequence streams, and my heart just melted. It's incredibly sweet.)
3. Subject Zero (Mostly because my Shepard would probably be intimidated by her. He's not very good at dealing with people who aren't exactly emotionally stable, such as the crazy colonist slave girl and the other sole survivor.)
