What's your canon/official Shepard? Paragon or renegade; male or female?
Kaidan or Ashley - Whom did you sacrifice?
LI?
Saved or killed rachni queen?
Top 5 squadmates, based on story and character, not combat.
Favorite mission across all 3 games, incl. DLCs.

Also, what's your favorite ending - destroy/control/synthesis/refusal?

I am just interested in knowing these kind of things, lol.

My 'canon' trilogy run:

Female paragon Shepard
Sacrificed Kaidan
LI is Thane. Didn't romance anyone in ME1 or ME3.
Saved the queen, on both occasions.
Thane, mordin, legion, garrus, tali are my top 5 squadmates (in that order)
Fav mission is the dead collector ship.

Setup 1:

Male paragon Shepard

Kaidan died

LI Ashley in the triology

Saved the queen

Council saved and base destroyed

 

Setup 2:

Male paragon Shepard

Kaidan died again

LI Ashley in ME1, Miranda in ME 2 and 3

Queen saved

Council saved and base destroyed

 

Setup 3:

Female renegade Shepard

Kaidan survived

LI Liara in the triology

Queen killed

Council died, left the base intact

Killed the queen

 

Favorite squadmates:

Ashley, Miranda, Liara, Garrus, and Grunt

If I remember correctly,

 

Run 1:

Male paragon Shepard -Soldier

Ashley died

LI Liara (always-life long Batarian Romance) in the trilogy

Saved the queen

Council saved and base destroyed

 

I took this one to ME3 as well Favorite characters, Samara and Garrus.. I just felt like they were such the strong Moral compass trio. Favorite Mission... What's fresh in my mind is the Final raid on the Collector Base. I still love how Samara (in my case) had the Justicar bubble going and the whole team was involved (btw - all team members survived every me2 playthrough). Such epic storytelling.

 

Run 2: (me1 and me2 only)

Renegade Femshep - Sentinel I believe

Ashley Died (she just kindof annoys me in me1)

LI - Liara (obviously)

Saved the Queen (she had a little heart despite being Renegade)

Council Saved.

 

Run 3 (me1 and me2 only)

insanity with my default paragon male shep Soldier

LI - Liara, Miranda (If Liara wants to go all Shadowbroker on me, fine!)

Saved Queen

Council Saved

 

 

I think my next run through will actually be Renegade FemShep through all three. I'm actually thinking straight biotic (but really renegade this time. Maybe.)

I love the detailed responses.

 

I've played 3 male shepards and 2 female shepards.

 

All my female shepards romanced Thane (one of them did goof around with Traynor though )

Two male sheps had Tali as LI (although one of them was ninjamanced by Liara in ME1), the other was Ashley-Miranda-Miranda (this was the only renegade playthrough I've ever done).

 

I find it rather hard to play as a renagade shepard though. Even my supposedly renegade shepard had a lot of paragon points, with the split being nearly 50-50 in ME3.

Edit: My FemShep killed the queen.

 

Btw., I don´t know how many times I played the games, but it was quite a lot.

 

Both male Shepards were Infiltrators, except my only playthrough on insanity. He was a Sentinel.

FemShep was a Vanguard.

Female, Adept in all 3 games, the Paragon:Renegade ratio was about 40:60

Colonist/War Hero

No LI in ME1. Garrus is LI in 2 and 3

Ashley dies on Virmire

Rachni Queen lives

Gave the collector base to Cerberus (both choices sucked so whateva)

Top 5 squaddies: Garrus, Mordin, Legion, Tali.....uhhhh 5th place is a tie between Miranda and Samara

Favorite missions were curing the Genophage, Ilos/Attack on the Citadel, and Noveria

I always picked control or synthesis. I simply couldn't let the Geth get destroyed after Legion's missions (however, the MP Geth have made me rethink that decision a few times, lol).

 

Control was my favored one though - picked synthesis once, and destroy once (but then reloaded the save and picked control).

I have done a few other runs but that's the main one.

Paragade- about a 65:35 split. Male Soldier. Spacer/Sole Survivor.

Sacrificed Carth Kaidan on Virmire
Romanced Ashley in 1. Tali in 2 and 3.
Killed Rachni Queen both times.
Garrus, Legion, Mordin, Tali. Can't choose between Javik and Wrex for the fifth.
Arrival DLC. The only time Shep got to go solo.

Synthesis.

I've done about 4 or 5 full trilogy playthroughs. These were the decisions from the first one.

Sidenote: If you guys haven't, check out the Foundations comics series. It's a fun little expansion of the many characters stories before the series. Bgsam, I think you'll especially like foundations #12 that's the newest and by far my favorite!

My first playthrough where choices were made on the spot and without hindsight:

 

Broshep, Earthborn/War hero, Engineer x3, Paragade. About 75:25 paragon to renegade.

Kaiden died in Virmire. Worst choice and biggest mistake I've made.

Liara- Miranda- Liara for LI.

Queen saved.

Council saved, collector base destroyed.

Garrus, Grunt, Liara, Tali and Mordin. Honourable mention goes to Miranda, Kasumi and Zaeed.

Suicide mission through Omega 4 relay. Tali's trial being a distant second.

Destroy ending. Ever since ME1 the goal was to destroy the Reapers which is exactly what I did. If it's hostile you kill it.

Sacrificed Ashley (would have preferred to leave Liara behind)

Romanced Kaidan in the first game, then Garrus through 2 & 3 (since there were no batarians around for that)

Saved the queen & council, killed the heretics, destroyed collector base

Top 5 (not in any order): Legion, Miranda, Garrus, Wrex and Mordin. Shared sixth place goes to James, Javik and Kasumi.

Favorite mission... Suicide mission/ME1's ending. (Curing the genophage gets an honorable mention)

So, I've only done one playthrough of me3   and I chose synthesis. I haven't seen the other endings yet... I don't just want to reload the save though, so I guess I'll need to redo the whole trilogy a couple times lol

I always chose the destroy ending. Shepard needs to live!!!!!

You can probably find the whole story on wiki lol. It's not long, but I did enjoy it!

So, uh. I had 12 characters that I used throughout ME1 and ME2, 4 of them progressed to ME3 so far.

I didn't really have a 'canon' character, but my two favourite playthroughs involved these two bad guys:
