I believe Matt Rhodes had commented once that they made it a goal to allow imperfections to remain which isn't always the case in game design.
And that pleases me to no end. I'm proud of you guys for that.

Okay a few things.
1. Morrigan looks just as good as she did in DAO
2. Personal preference , Morrigan still looks better imo then Leliana
3. *God, my characters make love with her? I dont think so! I was drunk, certainly!* Not sure if your asking if you can.. But no she is not a romance option.
Morrigan? Ugly? Dude, she's like hitting her 40s AND I would still tap that

Wait, characters age? Gone are the days of cartoon characters that can stay children for decades.

Bioware "remade" nothing, what they did do was finally be able to make the characters the way they where/are supposed to be, if they are not to your liking, well tbh tuff luck
That's the biggest smelliest pile of horseshit I've seen today. Each game has had a very deliberate change in style. And there is nothing about the current Morrigan's head shape that could not have been achieved in DAO. Oh and I guess having stiff plastic hair is the way the characters "are supposed to be".
We are the Lego world....and this is a Lego Game in a Lego World.
Plastic you say?
Wasn't she fixed in the new trailer?
I wouldn't use the term "fixed," but she was indeed altered. This is not uncommon for Dragon Age. They're often tweaking face morphs, and what is in one trailer or screenshot isn't the same several months later. DAO had "facelifts" (as we called them on ye olde forums) going on until, what, a few months before shipping? The Morrigan in the early trailers is not the same Morrigan in the recent in-game trailer now (screenshot behind the spoiler tag below). She has a much more rounder, fuller face and youthful look instead.
Spoiler
Morrigan needed more flesh in the bones, but i guess her redesign is because she is now half chansid half qunari
She actually looks kinda like my best friends wife....interesting. I don't want her romanceable now....great, can I get an erase button? ![]()
why an ugly everyone?
Never met everyone, so I can't form an opinion on that question.

oh where is our lord and savior David7204, here where he is needed most
I don't think she looks ugly whatsoever

admittedly she does look a lot better in that trailer, but when the teaser trailer launched, I was not impressed

I can't blame you. First time we'd seen new Morrigan in years and it was different.

Are her clothes clipping into her chest?
Now THAT (that picture/gif above) is Morrigan and she looks hot again
(I hope they fix Cassy like that, too)
She looks older (but that is how it should be and is to be expected) but I have no problem with that - what I had a problem with was that they didn't recreate the character (they - for me at least - went exactly the other way round from Ashley in Mass Effect...while she became a plastic-surgery doll, Morrigan looked like she had been worked over exactly the opposite (the uglyfication brush)...I am happy to say, that that is no longer the case
)
greetings LAX
I agree she looked weird in the teaser trailer but in the ingame footage she looks gorgeous.

Well, I won't call her ugly she looks older a litle bit and that makes sence its 10 years after the events of DA:O means she is now older by 10 years.. And prob cuz Frostbite too..
