I cannot remember how to do this. I have the picture I want in the module properties but cannot remember how to add the description and mod url. I think it had something to do with the string ID's.... Any help would be great

Open the String Editor and create two new strings (doesn't really matter what they say you can edit them later). I normally set their type to GUI and put "Module property" in the comments field.  Note their IDs and open the module properties. Enter their IDs in the appropriate property(i.e. DescriptionStringID and UrlStringID) and then export something.
