Well, technically wouldn't your first two squad mates in the game have to be the first two you recruited? You can't really have your pick until you've recruited them all. If you mean to ask which two I would favor for the majority of a first run through, I can't answer that until I start playing the game.

its about your pefered squadmates that will be with you on the majority of the game. not who comes first. god.....

its your fault for wording the title like that then, it appears that many people think you were saying the first two squadmates that you plan to recruit. try something along the lines of "who will be your most two used squadmates"

and seeing as how the first few dossiers you get are garrus, mordin, jack, and grunt, ill probably be using garrus and grunt a majority of the time, but this game, unlike the first ill probably be switching it up a lot more

Miranda and the last spot is undecide. I like garrus and tali but undecided which one of the two.

I think I'll stick with Jacob and Miranda as much as possible for my first playthrough (while wearing black + white Cerberus Armor).

Well, they /are/ the first, I think. For the first I want... probably Grunt and Tali.

It's already been stated numerous times that Tali isn't recruitable in the early game.

Sounds like choices are actually kind of limited as you can't choose freely. I want Tali and Garrus as soon as I can get them, then SuZe (for my non adept runs, not much point for my adept), other than that, I don't much care, though I understand it's wise to get Mordin early.

You can pick up Garrus in the beginning of the game.
