and Sledge's shotgun from Borderlands 1 (BL2 version is just a piece of garbage). It had a huge knockback, and I want to send dragoons and phantoms flying when I hit them with it.

Hard to say which one though. Maybe the rapid-fire missile launcher. Or the one that vaporizes everything you can see. Or the one that plays the 1812 Overture. Probably that one, just for style. And bothering everyone with incessant playing of the 1812 Overture. 
Say, would Marksman's RoF increase also increase BPM? 
Nice gun choice OP, the NC6 SAW is my favorite machine gun in Planetside 2 as well.
I'd personally bring in the M16A3 from BF3- lightweight, fairly high damage per bullet, ridiculously high RoF, ridiculously short reload and a very easy to manage recoil. Finally an AR that doesn't suck. 
The Striker from Resi 4. Imagine a Piranha with a 100 round magazine.
Or the Rifle (semi-auto) also from Resi 4. Think Black Widow. Each shot does more damage than the Javelin. Zero recoil. 24 round magazine.
anti-material rifle from new vegas, we need a sexy sniper rifle. the black widow and javelin might be beasts, but they dont look like sniper rifles.

Gnasher - Gears of War:
Despite the catalogue of notable SG's in ME3 there's nothing even close to this. The Gnasher is somehow an odd alamgam of The Claymore, Wraith and the Crusader I think. Would be an awesome and welcome addition
I think both the Flak cannon and the Golden gun are excellent choices. But let me add:
... Primes would learn to fear me.
But, truth be told... I'd be more than happy enough if they just let me dual weild ma' Claymores 
PPC from X3 ... though, granted, it's a ship-mounted cannon that's too big for anything other than capital ships and has about a 6km range so I'm not sure how you'd wield it in ME3 - perhaps on the Elcor Artillery Soldier?

I´d fancy the Shrink Ray from Duke Nukem 3D, as long as it works on Dragoons.
