Does anyone remember the Turok2 shredder gun?

Sort of like a shotgun, but the pellets ricochet from every surface --several times. It even had explosive ammo which exploded on every of the contacts.

Shoot once into a corridor, and nothing stands anymore, muhaha!

I think both the Flak cannon and the Golden gun are excellent choices. But let me add:

The Primes would be dead meat, yeah. But you forgot the Golden Gun was a OHK, eh...even in the leg.

Gravity gun from Half life so we can throw abominations at masses.
And definatley the plazma cuter from Dead space would serve as a good trimming tool for limbs and heads.

Considering how OP incendiary weapons are in this game, Combustion Hellfire from Borderlands would be pretty good ..

 

Or if you really want to cheese the game, just use the Wunder Waffle or Zeus Cannon from CoD Zombies

 

Although, I'd still probably want to use Lincoln's Repeater from Fallout 3
