Normally installing kits is not a problem. However sometimes they come along with another mod which I don't want because it changes the game balance or because it is buggy.

I am wondering if it is actually necessary to install such mods, or could I just copy the relevant files into the over-ride folder.

If anyone knows the answer to this question I would be grateful otherwise I think that I might have to learn to do modding myself, which might not be a bad thing.

Best use this: http://www.shsforums...05-megamodkits/

Edit: notice the warnings, though. Some kits are buggy as hell.

Thanks. That is a useful link. You don't know if the kits from BG2EE are available do you? I would like them for playing Tutu.

They aren't. You could create a character in BGEE and then import it to BGTutu (simply drag it from the BGEE saved game map to the Tutu saved games map). That would probably work with standard kits, but i have my doubts about the new kits (Blackguard, Dwarven Defender, etc).

Thanks. At least I can stop looking.
