Delayed for me means more chances that WoD will be released earlier. If this happens I'll play DAI in a year or so ^^

I'm relatively sure the DA fanbase would be happy with a game that wins a billion GOTY awards, but yeah tastes vary.

 

Honestly, GOTY stuff is vastly overblown and still wholly subjective. It's nice, but it means little because those who usually do the selecting are not the best judges of what is appropriate. Usually.

 

Still, personal taste which is why I said it. As for this delay I foresee no issue right now outside of it just delaying the going gold process.

Sorry, but I pre-ordered this for the PS 4 and planned on getting it on the PS 4. This is really insulting to me as a fan (as I have been loyal through Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 3).

The post you quoted is acting like this delay completely got rid of the PS4 version of the game, it really makes no sense.

I'm ok with the delay because I fell it will help the game be even stronger and more bug free.

 

As someone said on my Twitter "A delay disappoints for a month, a rushed game disappoints forever".

While I agree a few are over reacting to it, especially the person you're replying to, but being disappointed is completely normal. 

Like it feels like (someone mentioned this earlier) you promised your kid a toy on his birthday but then went "Nope, gotta wait till christmas" .

It's very human and you shouldn't be judgmental about it.

Okay ... I shouldn't be obsessing over this game anyway; I've got lots of work to do. It's been nice to be hyped, but things like this give me a really bad feeling, like "something's not going right". It might be the right time to try and focus on other stuff ... but don't worry, I'm too much of a fangirl to not be back in November to see if the game finally releases, and if yes, still buy it first day ...

See thats your problem, you thought Watch Dogs was good from the get go.

 

After the initial hype I realized how similar it was to Assassins Creed, and how soulless and annoying it could be. Add to that the amount of delays and I knew it would not be too good.

 

Then again people like it, so can't take it away from them. Still, it was unimpressive two years ago.

I don't know the state of the game, but I believe it is justified to be cautious when confronted with delays in light of games like Watch_Dogs where the game did indeed come out worse after it's delays.

 

I'm not saying I believe it will be better if released in October. I'm saying things happen, and I hope Bioware does not follow in Ubisoft's footsteps...

 

Besides, I'm going to get it either way just because I have an almost insatiable need to see how the story continues :3

I dunno if it gets worse, or gets a graphical downgrade....but I really hope that the game does not end as an unplayable and unoptimized mess like certain sandbox released past May. If that happens, you'll lose me as a customer.
