The disappointment aside, because I was looking forward to this game a lot, is that it comes out the same day as Far Cry 4 now. Guess I am going to be swapping games depending on my mood. Not that it's really a bad thing to have two awesome games to play.

What bothers me about this is the explanations we were previously given by Gaider and others that delays tend to mean that content will be cut in the process of polishing up the existing game as much as possible.

When I first saw the IGN headline, my heart sank. Then when I saw it was one month I felt relief. Also this will give me extra time when Destiny comes out. Also this delay could help reduce glitches that can be potentially quest breaking. By November more people will have new current gen systems and mean higher sales for the game, which will benefit the series going forward.

I dont care when its released. I just want a finished, QUALITY product. That its what it was about in the first place.

I still remember my first playthrough of Dragon Age 2.

 

Loved it, but it crashed 4-5 times a night on me, forcing a hard reset of my PS3.

 

When Mass Effect 2 for PS3 froze on the upgrade screen, my 30 hours of save data was corrupted and lost.

 

Bug-fixing is good folks! I will be waiting when Inquisition is ready. Until then appreciate the hard work all.

And maybe some people have so much work and studying to do they have to plan their schedules to even just play a game in advance?

What does that say? Maybe BW staff isnt so sure about timetables anymore? Yes I am bitter. When I was asking that weeks ago I was told off, and rude by some people, with Allan and forumites saying sure, lots of time; shut up; butt hurt and bitching! - game gets delayed by another month...

You're not very clear and your questions are somewhat hostile. If I understand it, you just want someone to say, "Hangman, you're right. They didn't just need an extra year. They needed a year and one month."

But you want Allan to say this because three months ago Allan said they had enough time, and you very much want everyone to know that you were right and he was wrong.

All depends how one voices those doubts and concerns. If you put forth a ridiculous position, prepare to be ridiculed. For those who are simply disappointed or hope the game will be in the state BW wants it to be in come November, I don't see much ridicule aimed at them.

Really? Some relatives of mine relatives earn 100 dollars per month, have to pay the bills, feed the entire family, pay for kids education and for doctors. Don't laugh at others' expenses especially if you know nothing about their life. That's just jerkish

Now I just hope its about ironing out the minor bugs to release a product, not a fight with gamebraking flaws.... I couldnt bear another clusterfuck of DA2&ME3 proportions.

 

Dude.  You are not entitled to a response to your post, and none of us are entitled to be given a reason for the delay. But your post was just a couple hours ago, or am I mistaken?  You don't seriously think that Allan has nothing better to do than watch this thread like a hawk in order to make sure he reads each and every new post as it comes in, and personally replies to each one?
