I really fail to see the issue here. Someone pre-ordered the game expecting a release in October but the game was delayed to November. The person who pre-ordered the game could have already paid in full and a game coming out later doesn't change the financial situation. All that changes is that you get a game later. And that is why I do agree it is rather silly to feel insulted, as someone in here claimed for the game now coming out in November and then stating it was a waste of that money. If that particular person doesn't have time to play in November they can more than likely just get their money back. If the person already felt 50 bucks was a lot of money, nothing has changed.
Some people like me (especially students) are literally saving money to buy video games. Not everyone has a well paying job, not everyone even has a job. Which means people plan how to spend money in advance. They have to. Meaning that any big shift in plans leads to a crash of schedule.
You planned to spend 50 dollars on a video game in October? Well, I guess you have to wait till next month... Unless of course some unexpected expenses happen... Like they always do.
Good side? 50 more dollars to spend on medicine or clothes or give to another relative which borrows but never returns debts. Bad? Try saving again for the next month in less than 30 days while in the middle of a semester.
Eh, I guess I just have to skip ORAS... It's either a remake I've been waiting for literally years or a game I really hoped to play
Or taking another part-time job and getting your numerous cousins call you "a greedy ******"
But sure, folk like me are overreacting, what do we know...
