If they need the extra month to perfect the game, fine….
But not a good time for me. I'm gonna have a ton of coursework due…
At least I know how I'll be spending my Thanksgiving (sorry, family)

"Polishing it".
Yes, like how Watch Dogs was delayed because of polishing.
We will see. My money says they just stop working on it and just lie.
Pretty much this.
I've sent Ubisoft to hell because their crappy and unoptized PC port of watch_dogs, I just hope that Bioware really OPTIMIZE this game , because if something similar happens again, this could be my last bioware game.
Yeah, I'm a bit mad, but I'll give you guys the benefit of the doubt, I just don't buy so easily the "polish" reason anymore.
...
Oh boy. ... Uhm... Yeah.
Well, if that means we German/French people get more info if/how Bioware will make the English VO available I'm fine with it. Though october will be one loooooong month.
August, September, AND October are all going to be long months. This wait is going to kill me. No, literally kill me.
So who already had their Pre-Order's set up for a Inquisition's October 8th Release, and are now Re-thinking that? my entire concept was to walk into the Store, drop the 20 bucks i still have left to pay, and than walk out.

Long hair? Pretty please?
Well, as frustrating as the news is in a few ways, it also means that I'll be done with the hellish crush of papers and grading that is first semester college midterms by the time Inquisition finally releases.
Which is a good thing, since honestly I'd hate to be tempted to dive into the game with a stack of papers needing to be graded. That would truly suck.
...I'm going to earn a lot of hate by saying that works out well for me.
Civilization: Beyond Earth comes out in late October. I was concerned Inquisition was going to be keeping me busy during then. Now it won't.
my issue is that im pissed now because i took my two weeks of holiday from the office IN october.. i dont take time off work ever.
I'm just extremely worried the quality will actually go down. I'll have to make sure to compare the state of the game in the launch trailer with trailers like Lead Them or Fall to tell if there's a critical difference like that of watch dogs.
Don't get me wrong, graphics aren't everything, but it does not bode well
My biggest fear is that this is turning into The new Great Incident of 2014 aka Watchdogs.
Although I'm disappointed with the delay, I'm not surprised by it and, more importantly, it allows me to actually play the game with limited interruptions since I won't be traveling (October is hell month in my profession).
So the game won't be released on my birthday... ![]()
Well, better than playing an unpolished game, I guess.
My wife says as long as Varric ends up romanceable, all is forgiven.
While I'm said to not have the game to play sooner, it does mean I'll have birthday money now to get the strategy guide! And Bioware, thank you for making this game so amazing!
October did have a ridiculous amount of games coming out. I'd imagine a lot of people on the fence will move over to Shadows of Mordor now since DAI was on the same day. Something had to get delayed in that month and it just so happens 2 EA games did.
Right when my season starts, now I won't get to play until febuary.
yeah same here, i won't be able to play till February thanks to a 21/2 month long business trip ![]()
After this delay, I really think DAI is gona be a not so spectacular game.
I don't get it...
I am just imagening the conversation.
"Ok, people want to finally see the pc interface, so who did it?"
...
"Seriously? No one?"
...
"Damn, i'll call EA. We need a delay!"

Sorry, but I pre-ordered this for the PS 4 and planned on getting it on the PS 4. This is really insulting to me as a fan (as I have been loyal through Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 3).

So you think that EA was like, Game is suppose to come out in October which is when we will start getting money back on our investment, you know what instead how about we push it back til November, pay all the people on the game for another month, to do nothing on it.
Remembering how very buggy da2 was on release...
I can live with another month of polish.
DA2 was released after 8 month from DAO awakening
DAi inquisition have much more time and they cut all supporting of DA2 to create DAI
