If that means having him run directly into a melee mode Praetorian, so be it.

I feel like his power set would make more sense on a quarian than a turian, and he's completely overshadowed by the other Armiger units imo

I have tried a couple of builds for him, and I have now settled for the ME3's James Bond build. Equip Valkyrie and/or Suppressor with Inc ammo; he is dashing (around the battlefield)! He has obtained his gadgets from Q (FE and FI), plus the grenades are a parting gift from the Demolisher. Has an over-the-top melee to get out of tight spots. The turret distracts while he makes his escape. Sabotage staggers so he can line up classy headshots, plus it turns the enemies' machines against themselves. The homing grenades allow the bad guys to finish their raving monologues before dispatching them in a fiery explosion - set up by the earlier seemingly ineffective shot, of course. and every shuttle he boards is piloted by an asari

 

... or the fact I need to come up with all this narrative means he really doesn't have a great set of powers either way, I have fun with this build!

 

And yet, he isn't my favourite Turian!

 

OT:

I named my TSent "Space Jesus", for he is everyone's friend, and can redeem every group of pugs he encounters, no matter how dire their straits are. If it was his mug on the BotB banner, I'd use that, and never change it.

 

My least played Turian is the Havoc Soldier; he is plenty strong, but I can't click with him. Maniac tech vanguard? Super soldier? Shotguns? ARs? any playstyle I try, some other kit already does it.

 

As for weapons, Lancer/Eagle on the TSent and Cabal, Tempest on the TSol, Valkyrie/Suppressor on the TSab, Vindicator/Saber on the TGI; but I find myself cycling almost all non-SR weapons on one turian or another

I will say one thing about the Turians the Cabal is one class that does indeed take skill to play imo.  With the right player she was awesome, with the wrong player, mostly dead.  (I am a poor Cabal player myself but she has good abilities if you can the most out of them.)

 

As for the TSol.  He can make most weapons good but I still think the Hurriane is his best weapon.

 

As an aside I want to see a death match between techno turian and Quarian master race.  I actually think they are same person.

Cabal's okay. She could be marvelous if she wasn't that badly glitched. I still hate Bioware for that. Definitely the most wasted potential out of any character in this game

Also, I'd love to see that fite too. I wonder who's got the reach, and who the flexibility...

He doesn't have tac cloak crap or arc grenade ez mode spam, but he's a decent kit

I fail to see the issue. Being a quarian fanboi is precisely what makes him the best turian.

I bet he made the Tali's sweat thread.
 

BTW Techno while looking through quarian things that I can buy so that normal people will see them and avoid me I found a Thing that you probably already have but should buy another one of anyway.

In the interest of not having to fight TTT to the death, I will give the Saboteur another try (once I'm done with like six more character challenges or whatever). Granted, I feel like there'll still be a lot of watching my homing grenades completely miss their target, but.

i do enjoy using saboteur and i find this build to be rather excellent for myself at least http://kalence.drupa...24Z51334!G5A95C

 

it has fair survivability, turret to act as distraction and hack just to use for overheating enemies weapons and in turn staggering them and mainly weapon damage usually good weapons are mattock/argus/saber (can get a lot of head-shots). grenades and ammo just for explosions (just sayin, and these weapons are more for fun)
