Well there are quite a few characters but for my main, Matthew Shepard is as follows



1) Ferros Colony still exists with Shi'ala

2) Rachni Live

3) Kadian died on Virmire, the Captian lived.

4) Hooked up with Ash

5) Stuck a Gun in Conrads face for his own good.

6) Played nice with reporter for Westerland News didn't give out what my mission was though.

7) Tali got her information on the Geth that she wanted

8) Recuirted both Garrus (Found and tried to arrest Dr. Heart) and Werx (Got back his families Armor)

9) Corporal Toombs still lives as with Major Kyle and the all Researchers that the Biotic took hostage.

10) Punked out Finch

11) Threatened Nassana Dantius after I found out she lied to me.

12) Gave the Shadow Broker the Cerberus Files. Didn't want to ****** him off. Though maybe I should have if I knew now what I didn't know then.

13) Anolieas was arrested buy Paraceni on Noveria, She owes me a beer and I hope to collect.

14) Told the Asari in the Corner of the Noveria Hotel to that I here to up hold galaxic law.

15) Opted not to Smuggle for the Hanar on Noveria

16) Conviced Helena Black to disband the Gang.

17) Sacrifed the Council so the Arterus Fleet could take out Soveriegn.

18) Recommended Anderson for the Council slot.

1.) captain anderson is part of the council. erh...well, alone on the council. by the end of the game, i was so irritated with all of them, that when they offered up the chance to kill them all, i was like "DO ITZ". too bad there wasn't a "save salarian" option. i just love those little guys:) for some reason.



2.) finch is dead. woo! at first, i was like "erh...i help you? for old time's sake?" but then i switched over. "ha! screw you. i'm powerful now. feelz my wraithhhh."

Just go Paragon on his ass. Pick the Paragon options everytime you talk to him and during his personal mission. Then you can talk to him about what he's gonna do after they deal with Saren and he'll say he'll go back to C-Sec and re-apply for Spectre training.

Alternatively pick the Renegade options (always) do his personal quest renegade and he'll say he'll re-apply for the Spectres but no matter what he won't go back to C-Sec.

pretty much Renegade without the choices that make Shepard seem totally incompetent (in my opinion) -



e.g council is dead, Rachni queen is dead, killed Fist, killed the asari on Virmire, Conrad ran off crying, Nirali bhatia is being tested on, used intimidate wherever possible rather than killing somebody - Jhong, guards, etc. I also loved cutting off the council. (Seriously you couldn't win with that Turian guy)



on the other hand, i saved most of the colonists on Feros, (and let Shiala go), helped the Salarian team on Virmire (and released the SANE imprisoned Salarian) and helped Emily Wong (with intimidation). So I had some Paragon leanings.

I can't remember everything I did, but here's the stuff I'm sure about:

2. Picked Anderson as the human member of the council. (Did ANYONE pick Udina for this? Seriously?)



3. Rachni queen is alive.



4. Ashley died.



5. Wrex is alive.



6. Garrus...thanked me. I can't remember if he's going to the Spectres or C-SEC, though.



7. Kaiden is the LI (I played a female Shep).



8. Lorik Quien agreed to testify, Anoleis in prison.



9. Told Conrad to go back to his family and not try something stupid like being a Spectre.



10. I'm pretty sure I ended up killing Nassana's sister. And chewed her out for lying to me.



11. Pulled off the news interview with paragon answers.



In general I played Shepard as being kind and hoping to avoid as many deaths as possible, but occasionally getting frustrated or angry in dangerous situations. And I think I ended up playing her nicer towards the end because I started hitting the paragon answers a little automatically. (I'm hoping to mix it up a bit more in the sequel. If only for the sweet snarky Renegade comments.)

25. Finished Nassana's Sister mission and didnt accept her blood money
26. Got the Hanar arrested for the Outdoor pass to the Peak
27. Killed Helena's rivals, and killed her too
28. Recommended Anderson for Council slot
29. Got Wrex's family armor
30. Paragoned Garrus during Dr. Heart mission
31. Wrex is alive
32. Let Batarians go so I could save human hostages in BDTS
33. Found all DLC missing crew members and reported to dude that they all died

3) I think I saved Ashley on my final (Insanity, to 60) playthrough, but I don't remember.  I played through the game three times with my Shepard and alternated between who I saved.
4) Garrus will re-apply for Spectre candidacy (Paragon!)
5) Liara, Liara!   (Replacing her with Samara?  Poor Liara ... )
6) Saved Shi'ala and every single Feros colonist
7) Picked Anderson instead of Udina
