Do you think we'll see it? Even a small glimpse would be enough. One singular side quest to sate me perhaps?

I doubt it. Maybe as DLC?

You're not going to see Tevinter itself. You're probably going to see a lot of Tevinter controlled strongholds or zones in the hands of the Venatori.

Fair enough, I'd be pleased even with that. Additional background would be nice too and I'm assuming Dorian will have many a tale to tell about his homeland.

Nah. But when we do see it DA will be utilizing the new gen's current hardware and frostbite engine to the max instead of holding back for PS3 and 360. So that's a plus.

Wait until the fourth game. That's more hopeful.

I would hate to actually live in Tevinter, but would love it to be the main location in the next game.
I don't think living in Tevinter would be any worse than residing in Ferelden or Orlais. Sure, they have slavery, but so does every other nation in Thedas. The only difference is that it does not receive governmental support outside of Tevinter.
Go pretty much anywhere and you will encounter racism, politicking, religious intolerance.
I think the nation just gets a bad rep because every historical source has been filtered through the lense of the Chantry, which is intensely hostile to the Black Divine and all things Tevinter.
If Bioware gets around to making a fourth Dragon Age game, I doubt that they will still be using the Frostbite 3 engine. That's assuming, of course, that the developers don't pull another DA 2 and release a sequel to Inquisition within the span of one year.

I am really excited to have a Tevinter mage in the party only for the fact that I'll have first hand knowledge of Tevinter, told by someone whois actually lived there their entire life.
And also was a mage, and not a slave.

My thoughts exactly. Can't wait to pick Dorian's brain for all of that cultural knowledge!

You can let the demons wins but that will probably count as a failed game.
Seriously, the demons can win the war. It was confirmed.

Why would you want to destroy Tevinter?
It is now serving the perfect role. Human shield between the Qunari and the more worthy nations of Thedas.
Just let the Tevinters die to preserve the way of life of the descendants of the rebels that split the Imperium apart. There is no better punishment.

It's not a shield against the qunari, it's a training ground for the Antaam.

Speaking of the Qunari, I'd like to take a look at their homeland. Brother Genetivi mentioned it was beautiful. Cities of gold and marble sparkling on the jungle coastline. From what I recall via codex.

Par Vollen and Seheron are the only places I want to visit more than Tevinter.

Hold up. How did Genitivi even get in to Qunadar?

Keep in mind that it will not, generally, be the magisters dying.

It was mentioned in the codex for Par Vollen in Dragon Age; Origins. I can't exactly recall, but he was briefly allowed there for some reason. If you are really curious I am sure you could find the exact codex article on Dragon Age Wiki.

Genitivi's been everywhere.
Everywhere.
He somewhat reminds me of the Bear Grylls of Dragon Age, lol.
Minus the urine stuff.
Hopefully.

Honestly he reminds me of ...which one of them was it? Brann, I think. Brann Bronzebeard of Warcraft fame.
All the WoW tabletop books were written from the perspective of Brann exploring the world and visiting all these uncharted places, including some that were(or should have been) impossible to get to.
Damn shame Blizzard scrapped them.
