I can play DA2 at much higher settings and full screen with no issues but for some reason I cannot even play DA:O on full screen, need settings to low and my laptop overheats like crazy. While DA2 doesn't even come close to overheating my laptop with setting on Medium or High and AA.
Is it due to taking away the ability to zoom out into overhead mode that makes DA2 run so much more smoothly than DA:O?
Naturally I'll be upgrading my old laptop to a desktop for DA:I but this is something that always bugged me as my laptop surpasses the requirements for DA:O and even sets default to High but in practice that doesn't work due to DA:O for some reason vastly overheating things while DA2 doesn't.
