some from my Mass Effect/Doctor Who/various crossover nightmare,

 

Dalek Turian Cerberus: Three Turians merge into something hellish and looking a Squid like creature(think Dalek creepy)

 

Dalek Snake: Take 3 to 4 humans or aliens and merge them together and make a huge creepy snake that spits acid that can melt all things.

 

Elcor Monster aka Mr. Whip-IT: A Huge Elcor with the ability to whip at enemies and drag them to their stomach and eat them. and yes you see them dissolve in their stomach if you don't rescue them.

 

those 3 are forum friendly and yes there are more that geniunely creepier than those 3.

+1 for RE4 regenerators. Just the sound of them would have me firing cobras into every dark corner. Would mean there was a point to the thermal scope mods as well.


For a more obscure one, anyone remember eternal darkness? Imagine if that nemesis was moving just a little strangely...


Also for fun, I'd take a spiney blue shell over a cobra missile any day.

This is a creature I dreaded in borderlands. He will give thresher maws and reaper destroyers a run for their money.

At some point they turn on you. Their weapons are insta sync kill.

They are impervious to bullets.

They do bonus damage to Turians.

Melee to their skull can kill them.

Banshee screams will kill them.

Beam weapons can kill them.
