I'm not saying it's real, but that does fit the style of achievements in Origin. 

 

(The text could easily be fake, I know, but I don't play on PC so I don't know what the achievements were meant to look like)

Sets challenges for players, I like achievements if the game motivates me enough and gives me a sense of accomplishment.

Other thoughts:

 

That could be placeholder art, look at what seems to be a file name (or some kind of writing) in the top left. If it's worth 0 achievement points, perhaps it wasn't finished being implemented when it appeared online.

 

"Venturing Forth" is a nice reference to old-school RPGs.

I can't use Origins right now so, eh, I don't know. Maybe everyone can see these achievements and it is old news

It would be fairly hilarious if the Russian version of Origin leaked multiplayer after they've managed to stay silent about it for three years.

 

(A similar thing happened for ME3, though. It's hard to keep secrets with retailers and digital platforms.)

What I am being serious, Bioware is being so tight lipped about everything DAI related., and now we have what most people on this board have known there will be multiplayer.

Usually such information is leaked when off. website is upgraded, then new info is hidden from users till a proper moment, but someone is lucky enough to catch the leak and screenshot it
Maybe they tinkered Origins' configurations
Or made it all up

Nope... I asked them to show it too tho. If it is fake I doubt they'll show both translation and original. Too much work IMHO

BioWare's Russian fans are very dedicated, I think this is the fourth or fifth big thing they've somehow revealed early (not just DA:I, but ME, too.)

Pfft, we Russians don't care about no spoilers. Well, at least leaks. And we give warnings. Discussion of ME3 demo leaks concerning the endings took thousands of pages
