Another hint that Corypheus maybe responsible for the Inquisition attacking the wardens at Adamant is the "In Death, Sacrifice" achievement which says "Liberate the Grey Wardens". If we were just fighting them, it could've said "defeat the wardens". Instead, they used Liberate which could mean freeing them from something.
 
What's amusing to me is that when I first saw the trailer where the Inquisition attacks the warden fortress, this was my first thought, that Corypheus may be involved.

These all seem like very possible main story milestone achievements. There's nothing in the list about the elven rebellion, or the mage-templar war, or the Orlesian civil war, so like other posters, I think this list is incomplete, but the makings of a main story achievement list, I see it.

I don't think that Cory would be the big bad (not that I'd really mind). I think that they'll go for someone new and not someone we already know. He'll probably be a side antagonist. That is if this list isn't false of course.

It's placeholder artwork. Those are literally DA2 icons, and they're repeated many times.

 

Surely you can see they're not finished. There's placeholder text too. This was never meant to be released this early.

Okay, I'm really annoyed at this, whether it's fake or genuine.  Whoever created/leaked this is a scrotum-person.  It's ruining the game for people who don't want to be spoiled (assuming it's true), insulting to Bioware and even those people who don't care about being spoiled don't get much out of it.
