This sounds pretty legit. The achievements are obviously still being worked on, they have placeholder images and incomplete descriptions, and a few are probably still missing. And now that BioWare still hasn't confirmed anything, this seems more and more real. If that is the case, they should have just confirmed MP at E3, this is embarrassing.

 

 

Hah, I would love to see the devs faces though when people say these aren't legit because how poorly they are written. If they are real.

Does anybody have an answer as to why an achievement list on the Russian Origin would appear in English?

That leaked list isn't really a good thing for anyone who's not yet received access to the Keep as it may leverage Bioware into taking a closer look at how they are rolling out this privilege.

At first I believed it to be fake, but after thinking a bit about it I think it's real but incomplete. I still don't think Cory is the archdemon of this game and even if he is, it's not that bad to know it already. In Origins we knew since Ostagar that the Archdemon was the big bad and that was a great game. The journey towards that final fight is most important to me.

The stuff does sound legit and probbly is.

Still thinking based on things its unfinish and more will be added or changed to that list, espically if the mp one is true. Sounds like the stuff was put up for a future switch over  and background work, and someone hit the wrong button on origins.

Hopefully I'm not the only one unsurpised by the list of achivements, if it is fake which is doubtful diffently someone who follows the forums closely, cause a lot of those achivements match the theories and talks that have been going on the forums.

I'm really not sure how relevant the list is regarding spoilers.  Some might be mutually exclusive and it might require multiple playthroughs to collect them all.  Remember the Completionist achievement and the mage/templar ending ones?

Yes, and IMO if this was totally bogus the faker would have put a few more obvious things in this list. Where's "Side with Gaspard" or the "Side with Celene" achievements, or better yet, the "Side with the Mages"  and Side with the Templars" achievements when we know we can bring at least one of the two factions into the Inquisition early in the game. Why would they slip something completely out of left field about the Chantry in there over something more obvious like mage-templar resolutions? What about an achievement to defeat Imshael as a boss because that definitely seems like something that would be in the game after TME, something that a fake list maker would include. The list seems incomplete and not fake to me.

 

Yeah, those things make me think that the list could be real, yet incomplete. There are some big spoilers, but they're not incredibly surprising. Many people in this forum could have guessed them.

 

Given the things we know and the things that may be possible in this list, I think one conclusion is clear: it's always Hawke's fault

MP was never really required to get the optimal ending in ME3, especially after the Extended Cut DLC where the required amount of assets was cut down to 3100 or something.

 

I do agree with you, though. Never liked that system myself.

The list has only achievements based on things mentioned by dev, seen in concept arts, previews or speculated by fans except for one thing which I can't correlate to anything, but it doesn't mean the Russians never did.

 

It is missing achievements for things we know are in the games that should have some based on previous games. Things like mage/templar war choice or the civil war choices. The wording is all wrong when you compare them to previous DA series games achievements too: they should be in the past tense not present.

 

And again, why would Origin have placeholder achievements for a game that is still four months away. They don't need to test them, the achievement system is plug&play, it's the same for all their games. They aren't the ones who create the achievements either, the people making the game do.

True but i mean before the dlcs / extended cut , you had to do it if I'm not mistaken to get the breath scene.

Yes, it was. It was totally impossible, even with a perfect playthrough, to reach the requirement for the bonus scene without multiplayer prior to EC DLC.

I'm just gonna throw this out there that the multiplayer was extremely easy and all it took was a part of your afternoon to get high enough to get that scene. besides I doubt that scene is going to end up being little more than an easter egg.

I don't think that really matters. I enjoyed the hell out of ME3's multiplayer -- more than the SP campaign -- but I still think it was pretty insane how ham-handed the implementation was for SP. The Readiness system was just not properly considered, and getting too many MP promotions could also lock you out of the bad endings for any future playthrough.

Hm, this didn't come from the Keep though.

 

It was supposedly put on Origin. Both the PC and consoles release achievements before the game launches, but if this leak is accurate, then it just went up a bit early and in an unfinished state.

What I don't get is, if this list surfaced on Origin Russia, shouldn't it technically be visible to all other Origin regions as well?

 

Unless I'm mistaken, Origin operates under the same network/server regardless of locale.
