Okay...I read them.

All of them look like they could easily have been created by anyone that studied the pattern of previous DA game achievements and has been following Inquisition news

Exactly what I feel and it didn't really spoil anything for me really.

 

 

So the leak was on the Russian Origin website and everything is in Russian except the achievements. Is that the norm?

It's why i'm calling bull crap on it and don't believe it.  They could easily fabricate some believable achievements based from past bioware games that no one would question to make it seem more believable.  That would allow them to add in the fake ones they want.

I know I will get the HARD Achievement. I always attempt the NIGHTMARE and sometimes I am successful.

It's also possible that it's a subplot to tie up a loose end.

Now that I think about it, both Legacy and MotA could be viewed as foreshadowing for DAI.  MotA gives us Orlais and Legacy a baddie.  It also explalins why Cassandra was asking so much about them.  And it would explain Hawke's existence, apart from someone who was there when the mage/templar war started.  Varric could fill that role just fine, unless Hawke being a Hawke is what makes him important.  It was his blood that freed Cory, just like it was the warden's actions in the dark ritual that unleashed a potentially world-wrecking OGB.

Yep. I thought the foreshadowing from the Legacy DLC was about as subtle as a brick wall in the face. I honestly don't know who else we were supposed to expect to be the Big Bad, if not him, since that seemed to be the entire point.

I doubt it's that person who is the main antagonist. Probably just someone to kill. Might have something to do with the Grey Wardens in the game though.

You dont know it was corypheus that did the fade tears wait until you play the game before start saying you knew it was him card.

Yeah, very good point I actually never came to this conclusion myself(I feel dumb lol) but I do remember reading several post predicting this last year.

I really only became convinced when I played it through the 2nd time and sided w/ Janika and she acted just as creepy and different as Larius. Only after that, it seemed obvious.

Oh I'm sure, would be disappointed if it's anything less. Looking forward to hearing the person's monologue again. And of course kicking its butt once its done.

It really depends. The expectation is that Cory will be involved, but that does not mean that he will actually be in the game. A "leak" such as this one doesn't really give any new information, but does seem to (falsely?) confirm the beliefs of the community. 

 

Either way, I would still be wary of the information regardless.

Just because you're antivirus say's it's clean does not necessarily mean that it is.

 

It may be unlikely that it is a threat, but I'd still be cautious of it.

Then again, I've downloaded a ridiculous amount of far shadier things in the past that have been just fine. I don't think there's any reason to be worried about anything other than how truthful/accurate this ends up being.

I'll agree that it is a bit silly, but confirmation bias has been rampant all day with this "leak".

Read the leak, still not totally convinced it's real. If it is real I hope Corypheus is a minor boss not the main boss. I think the story of the black/golden city is cool but Coryheus was incredibly uninteresting to me, a really bland villian. If he is the main boss I hope they give him more of a personailty other than just being the bad guy.

 Bet in fake. Cory isn't the main bad, someone is behind him. He never said he was the First Magister/ First Enchanter.
