Has anyone been following Blakes' blog on www.seekinghenna.com ? As I understand it's BioWare's new IP working alongside Failbetter Games maybe called Shadow Realms. Also we're meant to hear something about this around the 13th at Gamescom in Cologne.

Can we romance the demons in the game?
Must start a family with the demons, like Skyrim Hearthfire dlc.

I just took a look, and I kind of wish I hadn't. I really, really hope Bioware isn't moving into plots about the occult. I really, really hope not.

Doesnt look scary, im afraid itll end up like one of those big budget games that throw all their money at graphics and railroading instead of atmosphere..

Just as I thought. Except it happened today instead of tomorrow ![]()
-Impact is the green eye. Still has the smaller circles like the red and blue rings of flame.
-Also still has its own greenish flames on the fringes, in case you didn't notice.
-She has green eyes, herself.
-And redhead.
-Elf ears? I hope I'm not insulting the actress by saying that.
-Everything outside the impact is still idyllic and doesn't change based on the nightmarish ruin of the inside of the impact.
-Daytime. First two were nighttime. Nightmare was all smoke and grey but with the red standing out. Spark has color along with the darkness. Impact is full of color but that only makes the darkness stand out.
-Circular medallion. If someone has more information on the design, I'd welcome it.

I like the red ring of fire in the first one. Then a blue ring of fire in the 2nd one. And then a big green ring of green grass in the 3rd one.
GG.
The Medallion looks like the one that Samara wears, the middle part of the necklace, looks like Samara's medallion
That is all.

Hey, it could be good if they've got good writers on board.

I have no interest in anything to do with the occult, and in fact would lose interest in Bioware altogether.

...... The voyage of the Norman D... REALLY gets to me......

O.o after looking up the author and the book in question it SEEMS legit.... So this is a rather elaborate ARG or they are using real books and people...... Or I have no idea how elaborate these things can be.. o.o

I don't understand. If Bioware (Austin) would make one game about the occult, you would lose interest in Bioware in general and their other IP? Why, if I can ask?I have no interest in anything to do with the occult, and in fact would lose interest in Bioware altogether.
Anyway, I'm interested to see what this game is really about.

Well this is curious. I guess we'll find out more on August 13.

That's quite the strong opinion. May I ask why that is?

So I guess you missed Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, Neverwinter Nights, Knights of the Old Republic, Jade Empire, Dragon Age: Origins, and Dragon Age 2?
Magic and demons everywhere in those games.

I think they mean an occult oriented game. That can be different - especially when set in the 'modern world' - than a fantasy game that involves occult elements.
These fantasy stories often twist lore around to not literally be the occult stuff of the 'real world'. Instead of Baphomet, we'd see some other demonic name.

So far this doesn't exactly look like it's any more faithful to modern occultism than The Secret World.
Just seems like a very strange reason to reject an entire company.

Ha! See? I told ya! White male, black male and now - a female.
*wonders whether they are going to make an obviously LGBT one, just to please all the audience*
