Human noble has to be the one Race in this game that i can't seem to make a good looking Human male. I'm trying to do this without mods cause 1# often mods make the character look a bit ugly and glitchy (For me at least) and 2# my computer can't handle mods without slow down lol so i'm trying to do this Vanilla character creator.

Can someone help a guy out and show me some of there Male Human nobles with the sliders? :) i would look on the "Character Show Off" topic
http://forum.bioware...acter-show-off/

But that place is filled with heavily Modded characters and often at times they don't even post the sliders. ^-^"

You have to have mods for hair, hair color and eye color, Bioware did not give enough options for characters. To me, the lips are always too big for males. Use a pre-set you like, then remove the hair... create the face structure (you can turn them with your mouse to see side and back view) When you have the face as you like THEN add the hair/stubble/beard last. Character creation is one of my favorite parts of the game :)

Character creation is one of my favorite parts of the game too. I think it takes me at least 30 minutes to an hour to get the character just the way I want her/him because I'm so picky.

As for handsome human males, it really is difficult to make them attractive, let alone handsome (especially without mods). But follow Luna's suggestions about removing the hair and doing the face structure first. That's what I always do with every character, no matter the race.

Can't go wrong with an Alistair lookalike! How about dark hair and blue eyes? Or just a really big helmet...

It's one of my favorite parts too its just soo hard to make a good looking Human male in this game without making a total look alike. D: Like here's a story when i was making a character i accidently made a a total look alike of Nathaniel , Not like Nathaniel isn't a good looknig guy its just i hate having a character that looks just like one of my party members. :(

This i kinda don't mind Alistair does have a good look to him and all i would have to do is just put a stubble on him with different hair to make him look different :) all i would need is a slider of how to make it though. D:

Well, in order to have someone show you what sliders they use, you would either have to have no mods installed and them also. I have like TONS of hair and makeup mods installed, so my sliders would be different than yours. There are a lot of great "pre-sets" on Dragon age Nexus... Have you tired any of them? :)

Then you can change whatever you don't like about the pre-set.

My computer sadly just can't handle any Mods at the moment v.v man this sucks , Human Noble is the only Origin i haven't tried yet and i really wanna become King. I wish the sliders were the same as Mass Effect where its
1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5

And they just posted the numbers for there characters.

try downloading this bundle of presets. this used to be what I used to create some characters by using them as a base and tweaking them to my liking

Sigh i already said up top i can't download any mods if i could then this wouldn't be a problem , im stuck with making a Vanilla Human noble male im just looking for nice Sliders of other peoples Male Nobles so either i can use those or use it as a nice pre-set since...the other pre-sets are kinda poopy. >.>

I quite like the normal presets, so my opinion might be a bit skewed.

I don't think sliders are a problem when it comes to mods, at least I haven't seen any sliders that affect the facial structure of the characters, just fluff like hair and skin complexion.

Are you looking for any face in particular? Smooth skin or wrinkles, big nose or small nose? Tattoos or not? Blonde, redhead, brunette or black hair? I could give it a try :)

All it is is a set of additional presets that utilise the vanilla game resources.......if that of all things is intensive on your computer in any way then the darkspawn have already won

It's not like fereldan models which asks for you to seek out 6-7 additional textures

This face actually has a modless headmorph, if your computer can handle those. :)

Otherwise I might try to cook something up and post it tomorrow-ish.

I made and Irving lookalike once. He was strangely beautiful. He was a mage, of course, just so one could see why he was Irving's star pupil.

Anyway, after that weird sentence that I have just typed for no apparent reason other than it being true, have you seen Herren? He looks just a teensy bit like Alistair... Don't know if you've noticed...

If you're still looking for a human noble male, assuming you like him, I can give you the sliders to mine. I made him on the PS3 so he's completely vanilla. His pic is the in the post of the Prettiest Character contest thread stickied above so I do think he's rather attractive. if you like what you have though, nevermind then, and happy gaming.
