After 230 hours played, I finally unlocked the Geth Infiltrator.  I am not disappoint.

 

BTW, how do you guys outfit your GIs?  I just threw on the Harrier and went to town on some Geth.

My GI sits in the airlock. 

 

The only time I play the GI is during some solos, at which point I spec him either 46664 (shotguns, pistols, ARs, SMGs) or 66660 for sniping.

I feel pretty dirty after playing the GI and so, I take a clean shower afterwards.

For the snipers I go with 3 fitness and 5 proxy. Anything else I go 4 cloak 5 proxy and 5 fitness. His sheild recharge evos in fitness make it too good to pass up.

 

As for what weapons to use... anything... literally.

I used Shuriken with the 4/6/6/6/4 build and was not disappointed by my 180K score.

I *think* this is the standard 46664 non-sniper, non-melee build (substitute in your own favorite weapon):

Someone can correct me if I'm off. If you want a little more shield recharge speed, you can go 45665, but 46664 is pretty standard. Cloak, proxy, shoot and reload til cloak recharges, repeat. Throw on whatever gear you think will be most useful. It's good to have a minimum amount of penetration, a couple of meters or so, for double hits on most bosses.

 

Edit: It really helps to keep moving and also to not get shot.

To make him more interesting, I spec out of Cloak...but that's just me.   On a serious note, I play him as a sniper now. 65663 is the way to go. If I'm taking the Claymore/Talon/whatever, I go with 55664.

That's probably the worst 5 points on Tact. Cloak I'll ever spend.

Rank 5 for Tact. Cloak isn't necessary unless you're going for a melee build, then Rank 5b would be useful than naught. Since almost everyone uses Tact. Cloak for a brief damage boost, Tact. Cloak gets cancelled and receives a relatively short cooldown, anyways, therefore, the 7 remaining points are best used somewhere else.

Yes, although, it's not mandatory to because of the 80% damage boost, but more melee helps. His melee build can be spec'd in a lot of ways, and I prefer mine to keep the debuff proxy mine.

I'd feel bad too if I still played with people I knew.  Incidentally, I'm going with 46664 as well.

6/6/6/6/0 or 6/5/6/6/3 are builds that can be used without re-speccing your character for different weapons. You'll mainly benefit from the Sniper Rifles, but any other weapon should fill its role efficiently. I'm going to change back to my 6/5/6/6/3 build once I get another re-spec card.

Why should I play without consumables? What is the point of saving so many consumables?

If I play GI these days, it's usually either with a javelin the very rare times i feel like it for some reasons, or melee.

Because in this case you could feel yourself not so dirty? Ah, screw it, even without consumables GI is a legal hack.

You can never be OP enough. My favourite GI builds:

For Sniper rifles

For every other weapon
