That tweet was made before Iron Bull was revealed as a romance. Might even have been before we knew Josephine's name, but I don't remember for sure. I think everyone is almost satisfied with our level of knowledge about those things now - the only thing people are hanging out for is the last two romance options. (And the only way to stop us asking about those over and over is for BioWare to tell us who they are.)
