If you are referring to that "being of light" we saw in the trailer, we don't know at all if that is Andraste. (My theory is that it's either Divine Justinia, or a spirit of Faith).

We don't know if you can have your Inquisitor say they don't believe in the Maker or not. Mainly because we haven't played the game yet to find out... and one comment from Allan is not the whole story.

I think I've seen similar statues in those screenshots of Therinfal Redoubt. They are Andrastian, most likely.

Oh come on. I can think of a dozen ways how this could be Andraste and still prove nothing, She was misunderstood. She was wrong and found out later, but faith was already established. She was always representing one side in a war of gods. She was captured by a demon to mislead humans.
