http://www.twitch.tv/ea - This is EA's English Twitch channel.

 

http://www.twitch.tv/eade - This is EA's German Twitch channel.

 

http://www.ign.com/events/gamescom - And I think IGN will have their own stream here too.

 

Also keep in mind anything streamed on Twitch will get stored in that channel's past broadcast section pretty soon after it's broadcast, so it should be up for rewatch right after the conference ends.
