I'm still wondering why they would already show Hawke and the Warden like that.
But it seems legit, since I doubt they would use the champion armor as a placeholder.

Hope they get the livestream up on youtube or something later today. I couldn't watch hardly any of it. Didn't even get to see the CC.
I keep seeing people mention it... was it shown?
Everything leads to people assuming ultimate betrayal.
All the things!
I don't think we will have that much control over what people will call the Inquisitor - so the majority of people, who are Andrastian, will call him/her the Herald Of Andraste. We won't get a choice in that, as it is not what the Inquisitor will choose to call themselves. But I recall hearing we'll get to decide how much we play up or play down that veneration.
Yeah. The population of Thedas won't care if your Inquisitor is Dalish. To them, you're a prophet or a herald of Andraste, whether you like it or not.
I'm hoping we can choose to reject that mantle, and it sounds like we can. (One of the themes of the game is faith, after all)
I keep seeing people mention it... was it shown?
For a little bit. They showed off some African American features that look WAAAAY better than they did in DAO or DA2.
Holy crap, so excited now!
Damn it Bioware, what are you doing? It is mid-August! We still have September, and October, and most of November! You can't possibly expect me to wait patiently that long after seeing this trailer!
Damn it, where's the time machine?
Who has jumped to that conclusion?
Everybody.
And remember where you are and what happened with ME3 and DA2 so i just expect the board to regress to the vitriol of those months
It's one of the few things that I have been freaking out since they were confirmed to make an appearance in Inquisition. The lack of customization means your choices and your own personal PC have gone out the window. Whether or not it's possible to do - it's still a big sting.
Jumping to conclusions much? Or do you have some sort of inside information that says Bioware just said eff-off to our previous PCs? It may be best to chill before anything is confirmed.
A guess.. The dragon that attack the other Dragon in the trailer. Morrigan shapeshifted ?
Friendly reminder that Bioware's 'canon' via the comics and books also had Elven Female Warden who is dead, Orlesian Warden-Commander and Male Mage Hawke.
You right, you right
Why is everyone immediately jumping to the conclusion that they're taking away the customization of our Warden/Hawke?
One bloody trailer and we're immediately assuming Bioware has somehow stabbed us in the back?
Don't get me wrong, I'm really bloody surprised they even showed what was clearly at least FemHawke, but I really doubt they'll have us fall back to the default.
Clearly they were supposed to show every possible appearance that Hawke/Warden could have. It would only make the trailer 20 or so hours long.
Or a trailer for each. Just do a million or so trailers for each appearance, how hard could that be?
You can't reasonably expect Bioware to support modded content, though.
That's a risk you take when you mod the game.
This. I get why someone would prefer their game was reflected, but Bioware cannot do anything about you going in and changing the game from the state it was originally in.
I don't really care if they carry over the appearances; it's about risk and reward, I guess. Obviously, it would be nice if our characters were somehow taken into consideration, and I am sure that Bioware is aware of this. What they decide to do could be different.
A guess.. The dragon that attack the other Dragon in the trailer. Morrigan shapeshifted ?
Morrigan vs Flemeth
Nah I'm kiddin
So, "where's your Maker now" etc...
Does that mean the Inquisitor is by default a believer?
My characters are atheists and sorta funny religion funny. I'd be pretty miffed if I was forced to be a flag-bearer for religion.
This was SOOOO worth the wait! The Lore implications of this trailer are so amazing!
The Maker doesn't exist!! ![]()
Or does he...

Would have also guessed it would have been a surprise for us to witness them in-game. But guess they wanted to generate hype. They sure have succeeded with that.

That could be a possiblity

Urthemiel (OGB) is a good mage/dragon.
The Maker doesn't exist!!
Or does he...
Well a demon said he doesn't in DAO but how the heck would a demon know
You can rewind the livestream, I just rewatched the beginning where Aaryn introduced the CC.
(And I am SO making an axe called All The Feels)
Exactly! I did the same thing and there was no more lag.
In Combination with the leaked Achievement List we got, I think the Dragon attacking the other Dragon is one we may have tamed. There was also a Shot in the Trailer that looked suspiciously like the concept Art "Dragon Tamer"...

Hmm...
