Hmm, personally I think that if you make a movie from a story based game, you're really saying the game did a bad job of telling the story. So bad that you think it can be done better. Especially when you consider that game is really nothing but a series of cut scenes.

Hmm, all movies that were based on games turned out terrible, but this is Sam Raimi and he's a pretty good director so here's hoping this works out alright. I wonder whom they'll cast as Joel.

Would much prefer a TLOU 2 with Ellie as the protagonist.

But good and bad news nonetheless bc hollywood tends to make lame game-to movies.

The only good live action video game movie to this day remains Mortal Kombat.

And Halo: Forward unto Dawn was pretty good, but that doesn't count.

 

I can see this casting working, but I don't see the point in the movie.
