I kind of see Isabela as Katrina Van Tassel (only is more of being manipulative ((in my opinion)) while Isabela is about the fun)

Um hmm not that I can think of unless you count Goliath but he's not a vampire :/ I will look though cause now I'm curious 
Edit: Most that I've come up with for Disney Vampires is the ones from Nightmare before Christmas and My Baby Sitters a Vampire from the Disney channel but that's it.

Yes, she is Disney, but she doesn't fit the 'selfish' part of Isabela. Sure, she gets better if she is befriended, but until that point she causes so much trouble! I don't think any of the Disney heroines really fit her.

You know, originally I was going to put it since her VA loves ducks, but after reading the personality they are actually quite similar. They even both have the ruffled sleeves. Now that we can post Disneyesque characters...
