The only ones on that list that were good beyond a doubt were the first Iron Man and Captain America 2. The rest were mediocre to garbage.

the First X-Men and the first Captain America was a huge success, X-Men Days of Future Past and The Avengers was a massive success

Thor 1 and 2 were successful too, though I agree with them being a bit heavy on the humor

If you say so. Why are you talking about Marvel in a Wonder Woman thread OP?

Mask of the Phantasm is the best batman movie, and severely underrated.

It's great, but I consider Under the Red Hood superior in pretty much every way.

IMO: X-Men: Days of Future Past > Dark Knight Rises > The Avengers.

The Amazing Spider-man 2 is the worst superhero movie in recent years.  As bad as Batman and Robin from the 1990s.  I hope the next few Spider-man movies will pay the price at the box office, forcing Sony to abandon the franchise.  Then then franchise will revert to Marvel.

The best case scenario is Marvel will use the opportunity to renegotiate and re-license the Spider-man movie franchise with Sony under new terms, (instead of taking back the license and make Spider-man movies themselves,) with new stipulation that the Spider-man will appear in the Avengers ensemble movies.

I don't consider the Fox/X-Men films part of that ambitious disgrace over at Disney. I'm actually a fan of those (give or take a couple). Thor 1 was alright. Thor 2 was garbage.

For me, Spider man died with Alfred Molina in that river. The first two were amazing. Everything after has been either actively atrocious (Spider Man 3) or just very bland (Amazing Spider Man), imo.

There is no existence where such a statement could ever be possible.

I wouldn't go that far

Yeah, it's impossible to have a chillier reception than that movie; it really left audiences cold. You could even say it was a dis-ice-ster.

Yo, let's not get crazy here.

It wasn't nearly that bad!

That's like saying a guy who cut you in line is akin to Joesph Stalin...Or M. Night Shamalan.

X-Men Days of Future Past and The Avengers was a massive success

I was enjoying myself watching Days of Future Past fairly quickly, but then it started to irk me more and more, and I can honestly say it's a movie I'd not care to see again. There are some weird logic issues that bug the living crap out of me to the point where I kind of hate the movie, some of it having to do with the terrible time travel logic, and Kitty's weird ability to send people's minds back in time. But then, I consider X-Men to be a thoroughly broken franchise that should have been rebooted from top to bottom, erasing the nonsense that went on with the prior films.

This film is going to be a jumbled mess, juggling characters that will have no proper exposition for their origins and will just be tossed into the fray. Gona be crap, I think.

Are those boots high heeled?

Other than that, she looks good. A bit more muscle would be nice, but she still looks the part.

Have a little faith in Zack Snyder!

He can make superactors from simpletons!

Who'd have thought we'd be pining for the Sam Raimi days.

After Sucker Punch, my faith is all but evaporated.

I'm of the opinion that Spider-Man 2 is the last good SM movie to hit theaters. I think that this franchise is doomed under Sony.

I guess she doesn't look that bad considering all the doomsaying. But meh, I'm long past caring, DC has no idea what are they doing. Taking a few aspects from good flicks and hoping it will somehow do wonders to the project is the greatest sin the movie industry is indulging in currently, and post-The Dark Knight DC movies are the most guilty.

Yay, turn Supes broody and gritty and make him go undercover as a Canadian woodcutter! That's ****** art right there.

Which is a damn shame, since I want to see a Civil War movie so bad with the current actor lineup. But the rights are all over the place anyways, so let's hope Sony murders it and is forced to sell them to Disney.

Boo hoo you who're!

She has the heart and vagina of Aphrodite <3

That could overwhelm the hearts of those starstruck boys!

The female charms won't work on Thor. He is gay...or according to the latest news, female.

She looks alright. Now let's wait for the trailers and see the acting. Still doesn't change the fact this sequel is overcrowded as f*ck. Wonder Woman needs her own movie.

She might get one if this is popular enough.

Or watch Justice League Unlimited and wonder why DC isn't making that team (That still work for them in the animation department) work on the Live-Action Movies.

Paul Dini, Bruce Timm, Alan Burnett, and that brilliant group of Writers, Directors, and Producers

Up to here I agree 100%.  ;)

Dini is a better writer than Goyer.

That's just a fact. The rest can be argued.

That's a much better picture. You can actually see the colors. And I think women with superhuman Dexterity can fight in heels if they want. That's probably a basic entry requirement into the Superheroine club.
