Never heard of her. So I had to take a look (right now) .. Okay So I took a look . So she's another ex-beauty pagants turned actress ? I just can't take hollywood seriously anymore. Why not take .. I don't know ... An actual fighter ?

and if you think that female fighter can't be hot. You're dead wrong

That's a much better picture. You can actually see the colors. And I think women with superhuman Dexterity can fight in heels if they want. That's probably a basic entry requirement into the Superheroine club.

The sad thing is I actually tried to think of female Superheroes without heels, and the only ones to come to mind were Spider-Girl.

And the current Captain Marvel (Former Ms. Marvel)

Also She-Hulk

Except when she's in court. Her rad sneakers would offend the Jury.

Well those arms are off putting for me.

Where has this sudden idea arose that Wonder Woman should have muscles anyway? In all the original shows and the comics, she was also slim:

I don't understand why people are getting their willies into a twist tbh.

Incidentally, Lynda Carter was also a model turned actress but now it's being done again, people are getting their willies into a twist? Why? Is there something I'm missing here?

Body types in comics are weird for women.

Former Ms. Marvel Carol Danvers (Current Captain Marvel) is considered fat.

Pics look alright, the only thing that bothers me is how awkward and weird that sword looks.

I think whether or not heels show up on the costume is really up to the artist at the time.

Supergirl traditionally has flats but I've seen art of her with heels.

Spoiler

Ditto for Hawkwoman.
Spoiler

Big Barda seems to swap frequently.
Spoiler

Black Canary is usually heeled.
Spoiler

Batgirl also has flats and heels in her wardrobe.
Spoiler

And just to show I'm not all about DC, here's White Tiger in sensible shoes.

oh god she is wearing heels...

IN COMBAT

look I get that straight men love their wide hips and boobies but this is just to much...

to expect half naked women everywhere in EVERYTHING, a strong female hero does not have to show cleavage and wear a bikini

this is just borderline childish and adolescent immature SH!T that I have come to expect from most faillywood directors

oh Michael bay I still want to tell you your movies a re BAD and you should feel BAD

True. But for some reason the ones that kept running through my head were versions with heels.

He's apparently the scapegoat for everything bad in the film industry...despite M. Night Shamalan being a far worse Director in my mind.

Look at this true demon  <_<

You're dead wrong. Gal Gadot is former IDF and is trained in Krav Maga. Modeling came after her military career.

this xinfinity.

The fact that they make the heroines like this to 'appeal to straight men' is ridiculous at best. Sigh.

And it's not heels; it's wedges.

Is this photo shopped by the fans or is it so etching that's Bernard officially redone by film makers? I like the colours better here, I can also see her also in this pic ( so etching I did not spot in the original ).

I get it that heels/wedges/stilettos/whatever are impractical in situations which require mobility, but to write them off as sexist and male pandering makes me a sad panda.

Considering Wonder Woman can fly it's really not going to slow her down.

But y'know. People like to complain.

She fights a lot on ground tho, so yeah, that would be a problem for her. ;)

My issue though isn't really her high heels, it's mostly her dress and the body. Would prefer a more muscular wonder woman.

True, but it is easier to explain away is all I'm saying.

Heels are just something that's been with the character since day one. But then again so has bondage....

Spoiler

Whatever, I'm more of a Power Girl fan anyway.
