Demilich, in stock, retint showing tints, three versions of "won't you adventurers be so nice and get me some gems" (suitable for use as a weaker demi-lich, is that a semi-demilich?), and two versions of "Now witness the firepower of this fully armed and operational demi-lich"

Ghouls, in base, retint, retint showing improved tintmap (with separately tintable eyes!), and "my skin has turned to jelly"

I'm having a problem with my ghast heads and skeleton heads breaking things, leading to the "null body" bug.

Is there any particular undead version someone would like to see?

I like the ghouls.  Did a quick pack called "Zombie Diversity."  It's up on the Nexus.  f you wanted to take that to the next step and make tintable or retextured, you're welcome to fold, spindle, or mutilate it.

That's a pity -- ghasts would have been my first choice.  I'd personally really like to see a bunch of zombies and ghouls that still looked "mostly human" (as if freshly turned), but I suspect that's a lot less just retexturing and a lot more model-cloning.

How's this? Stock, retint, fully tint example, "freshly dead". Still need to do the armored zombies, but you get the idea.

Lich, stock, retint, example tinted. I'm having the same problem with the lich heads I have with the ghast and skeleton heads. It's preventing me from making a retint head, and a head without the crown tines/jaw protection. The helmet itself is part of the model, but I can erase the parts that stick out. Not sure why the undead heads are causing problems. Also not sure why I can't change his cloak, but I think this is the "extra" body part problem. Less important here.

Would be glad for a lich without a crown.

I need to figure out why the heads are breaking.

On a loosely related note, I ran into this SEF entry a few days back:

Dragon Zombies, Zombie Wolves and Undead Monstrosities

Zombies look good. Now if we could only give commoners "the zombie walk" and retint them to be disgusting we'd have the whole gamut!

I empathize with the lich problem -- why does an undead wizard walk around in sandles, brigandine, and a crown?  Always struck me as very odd

Id like to see a reskin of the human so we could get some meaty fleshy mummified undead that we can armor or put rags on.

Zombies already have scale mail, chain mail, and plate mail variants. They don't have optional accessories though.

If someone were to take the undead heads and make them heads for humans, they could. Particularly the lich head since it looks like it's much more detailed than the zombies/ghouls, delete the crown that's part of the lich head, round out the missing scalp, good to go. The lich already uses the human skeleton for it's body (but c_lich_Skel for the head). Then we could give liches robes and such.

That's a great idea. Without the crown and the proper tinting that could be the answer for my undead armies.

Reskinned githyanki heads might make good elven liches (baelnorns). They use the human skeleton, so could be cloned and grafted onto a human body. There are both male and female variants too. Zeeaire already looks pretty lich-like.
