of course with the Club Afterlife music (and might as well get the complete ME soundtrack in there, remix it a bit so you can dance to it), cosplayers hired by Bioware, or allow people to show up in their outfit, Mass Effect memoribilia everywhere. Would it feasible?
Only problem I see is that the fanbase might not be big enough for one city. It would be awesome though imo.

I think it'd be easily doable, as long as you got the permission and people. Afterlife comes off as one of their more realistic environments.. so many clubs like that.

The main public surely wouldnt be enough for one city.
