A day ago I came across some new info concerning future ME plans. Some graphical and concept art tid bits, some vague statements here and there.
And I'm completely stupefied now.
What about ME3 ending - the game will introduce characters that we know, it will relate to the previous ME games, may I ask how? There are 3 complete, I mean finite endings to the game. How will the future of the franchise deal with 3 different states of the galactic community? Not to mention that the interstellar travel is in shambles!
What will it be? One ending to rule them all? Or by some other means? I really cant wrap my head around this!
Just to explain myself - BW said certain characters will be returning. This says the game will be POST ME3.
If so, will BW use purge function and jump to unknown territory where ME3 endings are irrelevant to the new story? Then our choices will only be a cosmetic change in the grand scheme of things. Would that mean another Galaxy far, far away? What would Reapers say about this, being primordial threat, alpha and omega if you will?
The universe is grand and they are but a drop in the ocean? Seems like trivialization of the whole reaper thing.
Like I said, I can not put it together, one & one equals ¾...
