That's kind of stupid because when I play the Game I will always remember her looking so Fresh and so clean.im about to Blackout till November or whenever the Game comes out.
That's honestly your problem. The game is still in development, and even then, the build they were showing at E3 was even older than where they were at in development at the time. Things can and will change.

More than not final, they explicitly said that they used that appearance rather than her real appearance (in the scene) to avoid spoilers. They've said Leliana's appearance in that scene isn't final
And that's a great decision.

Now that is a perfectly reasonable question. I dislike how many actions the Inquisitor seems to take without the player having any say in it.more importantly, why did we have to cut her down

Yes, I'm sure our Inquisitor will want to take advantage of the situation. Meanwhile there is a great disturbance in the Force as if thousands of voices who romanced Leliana suddenly cried out in terror. The last thing BioWare wants is a torch and pitchfork crowd heading to their office.
On the topic, I hope this doesn't turn out to be like ME3 since most of the cutscenes lack of the player's interaction, and there are very limited freedom for the player do anything.

oh and yea I agree with the lack of player interaction in dialog its like you click a certain option and it takes control of the next 10 minutes doing things you didn't expect.Yes, I'm sure our Inquisitor will want to take advantage of the situation. This isn't the old days anymore... the game is heavily scripted, whether we like it or not. From what I've seen, the Inquisitor seems even more rigid than Hawke was, but I admit that I've got very, very little info to base this on... here's to hoping I'm proven wrong in November.

That's no different than having our characters in previous games leaving a fight with a horde of Darkspawn with an unscathed haircut or a single bruise on their body.
And yeah maybe Leliana's appearance was not "final" during that demo, the game is still about 4 months away from release, possibly more if they decide to delay it again after November's supposed release date. They have the time to change stuff around especially when it comes to character's appearances during specific scenes.

1. that doesn't change the fact.
2. You can't speak for everyone
3. Opinions are going to reflect the what the individual wants to see more than what they actually see.

I think that they want to avoid another "Leliana was raped by her torturers" thing which was HEAVILY implied during her own DLC. They even kept her down there for quite awhile and her main torturer even makes mentions about the Guards and Leliana so...
Yeah.
Bioware gonna keep it low key as rape is a touche thing for many and for good reason.

To be perfectly blunt, the devs have overdone rape in Dragonage. There are a ton of cases of people being raped throughout both games, I would say too many. It seems like every time something goes horribly wrong, someone gets raped as part of it. It's too much, in my opinion, and it's beginning to feel disingenuous. Like they're taking a short cut to get across the sense of atrocity.
You're right that it's a touchy and sensitive topic for many people, all the more reason why the devs should be more careful about falling back to it every time they need to up the dramatic intensity of a scene.

Using a female torturer would have solved this pretty easily... unless all Venatori are male for some reason.
