LOL....that doesn't change the basic physics. Load is always the output force, whether you consider a wheel-axle system or a gun.

engineering isnt physics, engineering is application of physics, the only difference between us and physivits is that we bend physics to our likimg, like lawyers and loopholes, they bend the law, they dont break it... you simply thinks its breaking, because you dont understand the concept, you eventually learn it in aerodynamics (if you do it)

noone is redifining physics, you dont just understand this engineering field. The reason why its called simple machines its because the physics is simple, load is output, effort input, but when you have million different factors, theres a million new rules you have to follow, and a million old ones you have to break (my professor told me at uni, best teacher ever)

Looks like you conveniently decided to disregard the part of my post that talked about how your data on which the OP is based is wrong. No worries though, there you go again.

 

How did you figure the piranha does 200 damage per shell (which is wrong btw) ? How did you figure spread was 5 megapixels (which is a very inefficient way to measure it Mr. Weapongineer) ? 

 

Lastly, lol at the Piranha being most effective on the Human Adept at 130m. At that range all you'll be doing is pissing the bad guys off.

The Piranha (rank X) doesn't weigh 70. Without High velocity barrel it weighs 59 and with HVB it weighs 110.

The part about it's 2cm spread you just made up. Ditto for the most efficient at 130m part.

 

You are one dense MF'er though. Arguing with you is like trying to kick water uphill- you're not gonna win.

dude SI units mm, so its 1.3cm. Again theres so much factors, such as bonuses , forces , and practicality etc.

Sorry, can't take you serious with a wall of unreadable text.  Also, if you're trying to prove something to someone else, you can't leave out details, including where you're getting your information from, the formulas you used to get every variable, etc. I have no idea how far along you are in your engineering degree, but I work with plenty, both mechanical and software engineers, and they'll tell you being able to document and explain a concept is just as important as doing it. Come back with references (both on formulas and where you get 200 damage per pellet), some formatting, maybe a shorthand at the beginning with what variable are (what the hell is Vr, you never say), etc.  Keep in mind this is a multiplayer forum, not an engineering forum. Explain things like you're explaining them to a 5 year old. After you adjust all that, maybe then we can have an intelligent debate on if what you're claiming is correct or not.

 

Simply based on in game mechanics and usage, trying to use the Pirahna at 130 on a Human is just a silly idea. There are several dozen other methods of dealing better damage.
