Or at the very least comment on the use of resources in the game?  I would assume that the Inquisitor is going to have to make some decisions on spending resources.  Build a bigger army?   Go for more economic growth?  Give resources to a spy network?

I wonder if the advisers will comment on this if they are given a lot or very few resources?  It would be good to see some banter of Cullen and Leliana calling Josephine a greedy cow for being given a bigger share of the Inquisitors resources.

That might be cool.  I can definitely see some possibilities for Cullen and Leiliana butting heads.  Cullen might get a little grumpy about the money being diverted to the underhanded and sneaky spies.

Leiliana and Josephine being friends before the Inquisition could also make that dynamic quite interesting if the interests of their respective responsibilities come into conflict.

I don't think they will go as far as trading insults. Besides, Josephine was invited by Leliana to serve as ambassador, so I think she understands the importance of diplomacy.

I think they will make comments, like Josephine saying that she could handle it better then bloodshed, but I'm pretty sure they made a comment in an interview that the advisers understand that the Inquisition needs all hands on deck, so they don't get to upset by it.

I think Cullen is going to be the one who disagrees with Leliana a lot, given their metholds and such are sharply different military and intelligence metholds and thinking differ a lot, over all think Josephine will be the balance point and the reasonable one on some issues.

As long as they don't start bickering on a regular basis, I'd be fine with some mild disagreements.

From their interviews:

Leliana:

[SC]: She has a healthy respect for Cassandra, even if she doesn’t always agree with her. Ultimately, their goals align, and they’ll work together for what they believe is the greater good. It’s a little like Mom and Dad quarrelling behind closed doors, but presenting a united front to the kids. Same goes for Cullen.

Cullen:

[BB]: Cullen has a lot of respect for his fellow advisors. Of course, that doesn't mean they always get along. For example, Cullen is a practical person who appreciates a straightforward, honest approach. Leliana, who has worked behind the scenes for the Divine for years, won't come at a problem the same way.

Josephine:

[SF]: She has a good relationship with Leliana. They’re old acquaintances, and they both know the other is very good at what they do. That said, I think it is a relief for them to see: “Oh, our work styles mesh after all. Phew!” That’s not to say they always agree with each other, but they’re a good team.

Meanwhile, while Josephine and Cullen respect each other, Josephine would always rather work towards a diplomatic solution while Cullen doesn’t always think it’s the practical choice. Josephine can get impatient with that attitude and the clash in their philosophies.

That makes me hope for a banter between Leliana and Josephine where the latter is complaining about Cullen being a hot head. :D

I hope at some point the mom thing is referenced, like Josephine calls Leliana mom, or something.

Hopefully they won't be bickering like children 300% of the time all Anders and Fenris style, but possibly they will voice some disagreement here and there that certain tasks could be solved more efficiently with their plan than with someone else's. "We could sneak in and steal the documents!" - "Or y'know we could just storm the gates."

It'd be interesting if at some point the advisors came to you with concerns if you focus too much on one side to the detriment of the others. Say, if you invest too much on armament and military resources but don't bother greasing some wheels, Josephine would worry that you need to be more diplomatic and get some friends in high places pronto as you're starting to isolate the cause, or such. Or if you invest too much on espionage and playing cute little political games, Cullen would call you for a sidewalk and tell you that you're losing armies faster than you can replenish them, or that your keeps are too vulnerable with no defenses, etc. That kind of dynamic would be really interesting.
