Worlard vs Geth will get melee points up really, really fast.

I'm pretty sure Shadow Strike counts towards melee damage, I used to play the Shadow a hell of a lot and I never had any problem completing melee damage challenges.

Over cover grabs, on the other hand... I am getting better, seem to be averaging about two a game at the moment, but I seem to have to make a conscious effort to remember it.  I'm pretty sure if not for over-cover grabs, I'd have the Dog of War challenge done 10 times over by now.

You can always farm them soloing White Gold Reapers. 25 husk grabs per 5 minutes if you just do wave 1 over and over again.

Go to the bottom left corner from the LZ when you spawn in. Get behind the low cover in front of the ammo box. Keep pressed up against the railing. Husks will line up to get grabbed. If they jump the cover too much for you, try Asari Valkyrie with small radius annihilation field (the big radius evo will stop the husks outside of grab range). You could use Fury but Valkyrie tech armor keeps you from getting downed by the odd grenade. It's also a good way to get tech armor points.

Fists of Fury is, and everyone should try to complete it. :)

I could definitely do with some tech armour kills.

For the first time I did the challenge, I will put my hand up to farming Giant.  I've found the Control Room to have excellent pickings.  I might try that though, sounds a bit more fun.

Solo Silver vs Geth on Giant with the Kroguard nets me about 40-60 grabs/game

N7 mastery for me is really annoying, since too much grinding is needed to be done.

I stop for now on 30 promotions, and need only 6 to next rank. But i tired currently playing ME3 MP, so when i will feel bored... I gonna try do this again...

Top 3 for me:

Solos. Boring as hell.

The weapon mastery ones. Specifically, the ones where you wear your fingers/buttons/keys to a nub firing said weapons.

Promotions.

IIRC, the damage doesn't count towards melee, but kills via Shadow Strike count towards melee kill medals.

For grabs I tend to try for at least one grab per game, though I've managed more than 5 in a few games so it adds up eventually.
