Finding Urthemiel first and trying to utilize Grey Warden blood upon him ended up forcing the 5th Blight to occur far earlier than it should have started?

The Architect had planned a different result but could the failed result still have been a huge reason for why the 5th Blight went by so quickly and the Archdemon taking unneeded risks? Maybe the failed result ended up tainting Urthemiel thus making him a different sort of Archdemon and thus inferior to one naturally found and corrupted by the Darkspawn?

Basically, did the Architect's actions inadvertently help against a Blight by accidently starting it too soon and reaching Urthemiel before the regular Darkspawn?

*shrug* Your guess is as good as anyone's.

Although I don't think the 5th Blight Archdemon was "inferior" to the ones before it. The 5th Blight didn't end quickly because the Warden was exceptionally awesome or the Archdemon was exceptionally sucky. The Warden just happened to be the right person in the right place at the right time with the right resources to stop the Blight before it got too out of hand. Alistair mentions that people tend to grow complacent between Blights and don't really know how to recognize the signs besides, so by the time most people believe there is one, it's too late.

In this case, you were able to pull the weed by the root before it got that far. Duncan rescues you at a critical time, has the foresight to ask you to collect various treaties against the darkspawn, you happen to have the strength to survive the Joining, Flemeth rescues you from being murdered with your Grey Warden kin and protects you from the main horde as you leave the Kocari Wilds, and you set off and are able to collect an army for the Blight, again, before it grows too big to quell with only one nation's army.
