I believe fireball is the one directly underneath Fire Burst on the right side, on the second level.
The circular abilities are passive, I believe. At least, they were in the past, and Pyromancer is. And the ability under that is Wall of Fire.

Crap. Hmmmm, interesting. The circular abilities are passive, I believe. At least, they were in the past, and Pyromancer is. And the ability under that is Wall of Fire.
It is important to note that these trees have changed dramatically since the last time we saw them (a while back admittedly) so there is a very good chance that the skill trees are still a work in progress. What we see now, isn't necessarily what we'll get.
What was wrong with the mage's auto-attack (hand-blast) from the E3 demo, Bioware? Why have you gone back to the DA2 version?
To me, the DA2 version is better.
And that is the magical voice of @JasonTBarlow in his first public VO work. How about a round of applause for him folks!
Bioware in general seems to have a big problem with, Casey in the ME NEXT at e3video came off so corporate and disingenuous. It was painful to watch.
I didn't think this video was bad at all, but I agree with your general sentiment. The EA Mass Effect and Battlefront E3 videos seemed so self celebratory, with the moving with determination through the hallways and the looking up to the night sky and nodding.
If you mean PC UI with m/kb we haven't seen that yet. If you mean totally different gameplay on PC then I think it's safe to say you're going to be extremely disappointed.
Well the layout and the UI, as well mouse and keyboard affects how the game is played, so yeah I'll save judgement until I see it.

if anything, I was hoping for a more in depth combat video where they broke down each class in greater detail.
I have a feeling we will get that eventually.

To be clear, my earlier criticism was of the actual word choice, not his VO. So, can he get a better script next time?
Seems like it was just a robot doing the voice for the video to be quite honest. Mmm seems like just more disappointments from this video. Why are the Da2 mage staff twirling back? the hand blasts looked better. the avatars are ... HORRIBLE. Seriously what is this sense of wanting DA to be cartoony? isn't this a mature game? Whether it makes telling who is who better is subjective I think, perhaps it does, I don't know as I never had that problem, but come on, Sera's avatar is ridiculous.
Loving the rogue combat so far. Noticed the rogue was wearing a regular helm. Has there been any word on whether or not there will be masks or hoods for the rogue Inquisitor?
I was looking forward to going ninja on some templars. ![]()
So basically, combat is exactly the same as in all the previous games?
Not that that's a bad thing, mind, consistency in gameplay is for sure helpful when it comes to getting into a new game, but I'm not quite sure if I was supposed to really learn anything about DAI from that.

You aren't hence it being the first one in a line of videos they are doing, like he said, and like they announced yesterday..
Seriously what is this sense of wanting DA to be cartoony? isn't this a mature game?
What is with the belief that if something is colorful and stylized it's not mature? I'm so tired of people equating "mature" with murky dark brown blahness.
Looks great but cmon bioware, the PC Ul is long overdue ![]()
It balances out if we don't have a dedicated healer.
Because having Anders as the only real healing central mage character companion in DA2 was complete bull.
And I need to know if the game can be paused in over-the-shoulder view. I assume so, as removing that option would just be inexplicable, but I'm hardly an optimist...
I think everyone would agree that doing that, on ANY of the platforms, would be extremely stupid on the part of Bioware.
And yet, I don't think I've seen it in any of the video's, except of course to engage the tactical camera. I really hope this Tac Cam is not something being forced down our throats that is not only is redundant on the PC version, but also takes away one of the core gameplay aspects of DA.

Agree 100%. I just assumed those were the console UI elements. The circle thing in the bottom right corner looks like a manga sticker on a lunchbox ffs.

Excellent work, but now for the real question. Is he a romance option?
....... Sorry, question respectfully withdrawn.....been on this forum way too long....
Seriously though, good work all around and I look forward to Mr. Barlow Narrating the following videos.

I am not keen on dark brown mushiness. Despite DAO having it, I never noticed it really until people and Bioware brought it up. Thats how good and gritty it felt. It felt mature. The same can be accomplished with brighter colors or different approach. Sadly since DA2 the series has taken somewhat of a cartoony feel artisiticly and I just dont really like a kid approachable, hand holding approach to what is labeled a mature game. Its not like the avatars will keep me from enjoying, but its just another thing that adds to that feel.
