So I went to kill Ahia the Azure. Once he gets to "Near Death" to option for attacking him goes away and instead there is the option for dialogue, but when I click him, nothing happens. Not sure what else to do. I have tried starting the game up again but he still doesn't respond.

Usually this means you interrupted his speech at the end of the fight. Maybe try the fight again and make sure he has time to make his final threats. You might have to keep the rest of the party back.
