As opposed to what is likely, or what you think will happen in DA:I. What are the things you want/hope will happen personally?

Speaking for myself:

1) The appearance of a greater pride demon in either Cullen or the Divine Justinia.
Cullen was possessed in DA:O, him saving Hawke from Meridith was only a tactical move, "the long con" or confidence trick (wiki: http://en.wikipedia....onfidence_trick). Cullen is possessed by a greater pride demon and might or might not know it himself (either demon is in control and the real Cullen dead, or the greater pride demon is in him and can take control at a critical point during the Inquisition.

The Divine Justinia is possessed, and seeing how both Leliana and Cassandra are her left and right hand, she will sit on all the info you have. So the Inquisition will always be 2 steps behind the macinations of said demon until revealed.

2) Flemeth as the benevolent tyrant.
Flemeth's goal is to merge the fade and the physical world, purge the black citadel - and rule it as an invincible everliving god

3) The warden and hawke from DA:O + DA:2 as a boss fight.
The warden and hawke both disappear, I would like them to be the penultimate bosses of the game. The reason they disappeared is because the main villain has either possessed, mindcontrolled, persuaded, killed+ressurected or otherwise taken control of them (details on how - not that important). I think it would be awesome if the warden + Hawke were a bossfight and you had to fight them both.

Im really curious to see what you guys want to see happen when it comes to plot. Remember it doesent need to be likely or what you think will happen - only what YOU would find appealing and satisfying personally.

I highly doubt that the players will be happy with being forced to fight and kill their previous Warden and Hawke.

How would a fight with The Warden and Hawke work? Unless they wear helmets and name tags...

The Inquisitor's bond with the Fade (i.e. Glowing Green Hand of Awesomeness) is in fact an outward sign of an inward poisoning by Fade energy, which is slowly consuming the Inquisitor from within throughout the course of the game.

In the end, the Inquisitor tries to pull a Shepard and sacrifice himself to seal the core of the Breach, only to have Flemeth show up and bail them out by saving them from death after the Breach is sealed, saying that they still have more work to do, and now the Inquisitor owes Flemeth a favor.

Without even base knowledge of the plot itself, it is kinda hard to visualize what kind of twist we expect/want from it.

I'm with you on the pride demon, OP, except I'd say that Cullen and Leliana would be the ones possessed.  Cullen because of the attitude that only he knew what the danger of magic was and he did spend all that time imprisoned by the demons at the circle tower.  Perhaps that was why he knew how unlikely it was that Kerran escaped without being possessed.  Leliana because even the Guardian knew that she was only acting the way she was to feel important.  Maybe that's the real reason she survived, sort of an anti-Wynne or a Cole whose nature hasn't been revealed yet.

I'm pretty sure the Theirin bloodline is going to be important at some point, and Alistair's secret half-sibling (wouldn't it be wild if he has a sister we haven't met?) or distant cousin will make an appearance in the final game in the series if Alisair was killed in DAO, through sacrifice or execution.

I want to discretely plant turnips all throughout Orlais during our travels to mark the coming Fereldan invasion. Hit them while Gasgard plans and plots.

I don't know enough about what the plot will be to make serious ones, so here's some less serious ones. An elf trying to gain more stability for elven people does some massive magic that makes elf blooded people look fully elven rather than full human. Retroactively. (Very fun time in the Ferelden throne room that day)

A drake falls in love with any qunari inquisitor because of their lovely horns.

It turns out the dwarves religion is the correct one.

If it was choices that lead down that path than it would be acceptable as than it's in the players hands. If it's forced than it will be calling for backlash.

I hope I don't have to fight my warden. That guy was a virtually unkillable bloodmage/arcane warrior/battlemage. I don't think I'd be able to take him down.

My hawke on the other hand would be a total pushover.

I'm pretty sure I could take my warden down.It would take some planning, and maybe, a bit of help.  And a ballista.  Or maybe all the inquisitor has to do is ask Alistair to tell her to play nice.  I'm pretty sure the battle would be epic.  I'd love the chance to fight against myself and not know if I'd win.  And, of course, win gloriously.  We're playing a fantasy game, right?

Hmm, I came up with some of these in another thread.

1.  The Black City is actually the prison of godlike super-demons that are driving the Blight in an attempt to destroy the sleeping Old Gods that are keeping the prison going.  The Grey Wardens are actually assisting in the eventual escape of these demons by killing the Archdemons.  Flemeth has been attempting various means of keeping the Old Gods from being ganked, mostly using her daughters.

2.  The Veil is an artificial construct keeping monsters out of Thedas.  Unfortunately, the existence of the Veil is causing a slow but huge buildup of power that may cause the Veil to break catastrophically, like a dam.  Mages are the only ones capable of siphoning off that power, but they are only delaying the inevitable.

3.  ALL Qunari are natural mages.  To them a mage isn't someone who was born with a condition that they can't help, they're someone who won't or can't discipline their power properly.

Here are some of mine:

1. The Urn of Sacred Ashes was placed at the temple for a reason, the reason being to prevent the breaches/fade tears, and its removal has caused the events of Dragon Age: Inquisition.

2. Maferath (Andraste's mortal husband) is the big bad and he was imprisoned in the fade by the Maker for betraying Andraste, he is attempting to free himself from the fade and make his way back to Thedas and is leading the demons. The demons have come to see him as a symbol of sorts due to his betrayal of Andraste, which is why most obey.

3.The Warden and Hawke were captured by someone who is siphoning their power to open the fade rifts. The Warden's power being the taint or somehow related to it and Hawke's being the immense magic energy within (it was present, but untapped if the player Hawke wasn't a mage). Their death's are the only way to permanently close the breaches.

I would, the last Warden I played as was a total knob.
