I play SOZ for some time, but I level up quite slowly. Could you explain to me experience progress? Would I be able to level up fast if I have four bards in my team?

You get the same amount of experience no matter what classes you're playing. To get the next XP level you just +currentlevel*1000XP. You haven't mentioned what races you're using though, some races have level adjustments. A race with a +level adjustment is treated as being effectively +LA levels higher for determining the XP required for their next level.

Well, two characters are human, and the other two are aasimar and wood elf. So, you don't get any extra XP if you play four wizards, like in NWN, where you got more XP based on class?

No, and that didn't happen in NWN1 either. It sort of happened in BG and other 2nd edition games, where different classes needed a different amount of XP to level.
You should get a bit more XP than normal with that party, since the aasimar will count as a lower level member for the purposes of combat XP. Also, the less people in the party, the more XP each of them will get. A normal 4-member party can usually reach the mid-late 10s in a SoZ playthrough.
